This New England style timber-clad lodge is situated within landscaped gardens, surrounded by lakes in the Cotswold Water Park.
Within this gated holiday development guests have free use of
three all weather tennis courts, one of which is floodlit,
an excellent children's adventure playground, and facilities for football, croquet, la boules, table tennis, and with cricket and golf practice nets.
the ideally located Games Room within the tennis pavilion, is a place for fun with pool table, table top football and video games.
The property offers a fabulous break for a whole family including someone with restricted mobility; as the lodge has a ramp to the front door enabling wheel chair access downstairs, and a downstairs bedroom adjoining a wetroom.
Downstairs the lodge has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area, with double patio doors to the decking area. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes everything you need for a self catering holiday. The downstairs bedroom with wet room opens off the living area.
Upstairs there are are three bedrooms, one double room with twin beds that can be rearranged into a double bed, two single rooms (one of the beds is a small single) and a family bathroom.
The Lodge is within walking distance of The Four Pillars Hotel which has a restaurant, with the old Boathouse Pub restaurant next door, and a cafe/bistro closer to the roundabout, which you can find following the signs to Cotswold Water Park information centre.
The village of South Cerney is twenty minutes walk away. It has a Post Office, a newsagents, Londis general store, hairdressers, Indian restaurant/takeaway, fish and chip shop, a pharmacy, three public houses, The Old George, The Oak and The Elliot Arms, and All Hallows Church.You cross the playing field to the back gate, put the password into the gatelock, which you get from the Guard at the front gate, walk up Wild moor lane, and along the pathways to the village.
The Lodge is a good place from which to explore the Cotswolds with lots of activities and attractions from Roman sites, water skiing, National Trust properties, museums, and boating amongst others. Cirencester the local market town is six miles away with local farmers markets, shops, tearooms, and supermarkets.

Cirencester, the capital of the Cotswolds was the second largest town in Britain during Roman times. It is now considered by many to be one of the most beautiful areas in England, with its unique stone-built heritage, gently rolling hills and broad valleys.
There are many places to visit and sites to enjoy, including the Abbey Grounds, St. Michael's Park, Cirencester Park, Roman Amphitheatre, Corinium Museum, Community Art Centre and Cirencester Parish Church of St. John Baptist.
There are Street markets on Mondays and Fridays and an Antiques Market on Fridays. The Festival of Arts takes place every June.

"Lovely comfortable property"
Had a lovely 3 day stay in a very clean and confortable property with everything you could want. Easy walk to the pub for a meal in an evening. Great to sit and watch the wildlife of birds and rabbi… More
