You will be ideally placed for many walks in Dartmoor National Park with its horse riding possibilities and quaint villages to visit. Discover historic towns such as Exeter, Totnes and Dartmouth, a variety of coves and beaches such as Paignton and Blackpool Sands and a wealth of attractions including The Dart Valley, Buckfast Abbey, Pennywell Farm and The Primrose Line Steam Railway.
This comfortable rural retreat offers TWO bedrooms: 1 twin on the ground floor and 1 double on the first floor. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC on the first floor. Lounge/diner: on the ground floor with woodburner (logs included), TV/DVD, Freeview and hi-fi. Kitchen: with fridge, freezer, electric oven, hob and microwave. Utility area, just of the lounge, with washing machine, tumble dryer and access to the patio and garden. Outside: french doors lead from the lounge onto an enclosed patio and pretty garden with covered pond, seating and BBQ. Amenities: parking for 1 car. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. Regret no pets and smoking restricted to utility area. Location: beach 13 miles, shop and pub walking distance. Arrival: 3.30pm.
