Le Presbytere (farmhouse)

Le Presbytere is an 18th century Farmhouse with a "Pigeonier" and a pool and garden, perfect for lazy days in the sun. A peaceful location in the delightlful village of Loupiac with a lovel ycountryside to explore.

The farmhouse is welcoming and cosy with a big old fireplace in the sitting/dining room. The large wooden table can seat up to 9 people and is perfect for long meals enjoying the local delicacies and wine.
The kitchen is well equipped.

There is a large garden (where you can walk out to the top of the mountain in our own wood) with a swimming pool. Where ever you sit , enjoying the sun or in the shade provided the trees, there is a lovely view of the local church spire and the countryside.

The Midi-Pyrenees / Lot region

Nice aerea, Spring is very nice here, summer can be very hot, up to 40 degrees, and autumn is very very beautifull.
Direct when you leave the house you can go for a walk, 1 hour 2 hours or more. And ervery where you can enjoy
the nice aerea.
Nice old en medievalTowns to visit are: Souillac, Gourdon, Sarlat, Domme, Bergerac, Cahors.

Many castles, gardens, aninmal parks and Rocamadour ( Pelgrim town).

Souillac / Loupiac area

Loupiac is just 12 km from the mediveval town of Gourdon an 12 km from Souillac both with many shops and
restaurants. Gourdon has also every year a Medieval festival.
In the neighbourhood are many attractions for all the family, from hisoric chateaus and caves ( Gouffre de Padirac is beautiful) to animal and waterparks. just 20 km far we also have 2 survival parks.
Of course you can go canoing on the Dordogne, and you also can go by boat.
The are also many excelletn restaurants.
If you like Brocante, in the summer there is always somewhere a "vide grenier" where you can find the things where you always have been looking to.

On the floor you enter the house we have the kitchen ( which is well equipped)The livingroom,The library, wc, and 1 room for 2 persons with shower.
On the 1st floor you find the bathroom with an amazing view. 2 bedrooms for 3 persons an 1 bedroom for 1 person.

The garden and swimming pool are fully furnished and there is a barbecue to enjoy.

Swimming pool (open: may /september) is only shared with the owner (a couple)

When we (the owner) are in Loupiac we can be on hand to answer any questons.

We have two other gites in this complex a 2 persons (La Belle Vue)and a 4 persons (la Grange de Tabac), and they have their own garden and are not allowed to use the swimming pool.

Le Presbytere in combination with 1 or 2 gites: you only have to open doors, and all the gites will come out in the same garden. ( the total persons are the 15).

- deposit in advance € 300,- to be refunded within 4 weeks of your departure.
- booking 50% payment
- 2months before letting the last 50%
Cancellation: till 2 months before arrival date you have to pay 50 % of the rest
till 1 month before arrival date you heave to pay 75 % of the rest
till 2 weeks before arrival date you have to pay 100%.
If you want to have an insurance for cancellation you have to look after it your selves.
