The villa is located just south of Valderrama golf course, 5 minutes by car from all amenities and also from the beach. There is a wide choice of good restaurants within a short distance.
It is bright and airy with high ceilings. The 3 main bedrooms are air conditioned.
The large mezzanine is equipped as an office, with ADSL + WIFI, a printer and a scanner. Included in the price are the service of a gardener who looks after the pool and the garden.
