A stunning frontline golf luxury villa located on a quiet cul de sac on the exclusive San Roque golf resort (recent host to the Spanish Open), a five minute drive from the beaches and chic marina of Sotogrande.

A spectaular well equipped villa situated overlooking the 13th Fairway of San Roque golf course,and offers spectacular views from it's many balconies, terraces and sun roof. The villa has been paricularly popular with families, golfers and those just after some peaceful relaxation.

The villa comes equipped with the following entertainment features. Sky TV, Large Plasma TV, DVD, Nintendo Wii, Ipod speakers/dock, CD player

The San Roque resort features two 18 hole golf courses, shopping centre, equestrian centre, tennis, 2 luxury hotels, superb restaurants and bars with entertainment most evenings during peak season just a short walk away. Ideal for families or golfers

3 of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities, and 2 of thme have their own terraces. The 4th bedroom has it's own shower/wc adjacent to it.

There is a large fully equipped kitchen/breakfast area.

There is parking for several cars, and the relaxing bars and restaurants of the San Roque clubhouse are just a short walk away.

The Costa del Sol region

The climate on Costa Del Sol is warm and sunny for most of the year and is suitable for both summer and winter holidays.Spring and Autumn is particularly pleasant for golfers.

The area has plenty to see and do. Sotogrande marina wiith it's many bars and restaurants is a 5 minute drive away., Gibraltar, with it's excellent duty free shopping and many historical sights is 15 minutes away. The lively Port Duquesa, well worth a vist in the evening with it'smany lively bars restaurants and street entertainers, is 10 minutes away. Estepona, Marbella & Pueto Banus are all within 30 minutes drive. Skiing at Sierra Nevada is approximately 2 hours away. Just beyond Gibraltar lies the resort of Tarifa, world famous for it's watersports..

Alternatively, why not take a day trip on the ferry to explore North Africa.

Other day trip 'must see's' include Jerez, Seville, Malaga and Granada.

There are regular markets at San Roque village and Sotgrande Marina.

There is a large Carrefour hypermarket approximately 10 minutes drive avway.

The Sotogrande / San Roque Golf Club area

The San Roque Club is an exclusive yet relaxed gated development. A short drive away are many shops, bars, restaurants, banks, casino and supermarkets. Car recommended. There are 3 Restaurants at the clubhouse with evening entertainment provided on many evenings during high season.

Amongst it's many amenities are San Roque old & new golf courses, Tennis, Equestrian centre and several swimming pools and two luxury hotels

There are several other golf courses within a 15 minute drive include, Almenara, Alcaidesa, Sotogrande, Le Canada, La Reserva and the world famous Valderrama.

Sotogrande is also home to one of Europes most exclusive Polo centres.

“A quality property, right next to the golf course, restaurants and shops within walking distance, fi” We loved the villa, it was quiet but central. With excellent views of the surrounding hills and overlooking the tee, It had large airy rooms, well equipped pool with poolside dining table etc. The facilities were excellent, e.g, fully equipped kitchen, Sky TV on large screen plasma, etc., The local amenities were very good, particularly the selection of restaurants. The golf course is next to Valderama, in the hills and about two miles from the local excellent beaches/marina's, the main autoroute is about half a mile away and will take you to, for example Gibraltar. All very convenient.
