Vista De La Roca means view of the Rock (Gibraltar.) The name of this property says everything about the stunning aspect of the property, and the breathtaking views from the resort. Occupying a privileged position on a very desirable address, this home is great value for money.
The house is brand new, but is built on a mature resort surrounded by lots of large villas. There are four bedrooms in total. All doubles.
Downstairs there is a large lounge, with dining area leading to the private garden terrace. There is a fully fitted kitchen with all the mod cons, and a small breakfast area. On the ground floor is also the first of the four bedrooms, this one is a twin room with two single beds and a full en-suite shower room. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, the master room with en suite, and double vanity sink units. The two guest bedrooms have twin beds. There is a further bathroom off the landing.

Malaga airport is one of the busiest airports in Europe and all of the budget airlines fly to this region of Spain from all the major airports in the UK.
It is recommended that when travelling to Malaga, that you book a cheap hire car to help get around. The area has so much to offer, if you didn't have a car, you would miss all the best bits!

Sotogrande can also be easily accessed via Gibraltar Airport. Flights can be obtained from Manchester, Gatwick and Luton airports. As Gibraltar is a very small airport, you can literally fly through customs and be on your way in no time!
