Casa Jahan is located on the edge of Almenara Golf in the peaceful and exclusive neighbourhood of Sotogrande Alto just 10mins from the beach and 5mins from Almenara health spa. Yet only thirty minutes from the larger resorts such as Marbella, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local shops and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning golf views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With five double or twin (optional) bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
This part of the costa del sol is popular for visiting Gibraltar - 20 minutes' drive away steeped in British history that has evolved from its strategic location at the southernmost tip of the Iberian Peninsula, where Europe meets Africa, visitors are assured of breathtaking scenery, wildlife and architecture, that captures the unique flavour of this Mediterranean City and its inhabitants. As a VAT free jurisdiction, Gibraltar's popularity with visitors is enhanced by its value added shopping experience in famed Main Street. A wide range of activities from rock touring, to sailing, diving, fishing and bird watching bring visitors back again and again.
Across the bay and approx. 40 minutes' drive away is Tarifa where wind surfing and kite boarding attracts visitors from all over Europe. Algerciras port approx. 30 minutes away provides numerous ferries and guided tours of North Africa - a must for first time visitors! Ferry crossings take 30-45 minutes.
Wine/Sherry tasting day trips and flamenco evenings to nearby Jerez are availble from Gibraltar - further details are availble.
For those not averse to the 2.5 hrs drive then skiing is available in Sierra Nevada between December and April.
Sotogrande / Valderrama area
In Sotogrande you will find 5 local championship golf courses namely Valderrama, Almenara, Sotogrande, La Canada and La Reserva - please ask for further information on special promotions. Also available is Almenara Health and Beauty Spa, horse riding, tennis and 4x4 off road driving. Sotogrande beach and port provides kayaking, wind-surfing, sailing and fishing/boat trips.
The commercial centre provides a whole range of shops to suit most needs. There is a fantastic water park just 30 minutes drive away in Algerciras and provides a fun day out for all the family. 15 minutes drive away in San Roque is a large casino also providing seasonal evening entertainment.

Casa Jahan is 20mins drive from Gibraltar airport with cheap flights available from Easyjet.com from Gatwick and Flymonarch.com from Luton. There are always Spanish taxis available across the Gibraltar border - fare should be no more than 30 euros.

The 25m2 lounge has 3x3 seater leather sofas and 42" plasma TV, video, fire and surround sound music system. The 14m2 dining room has a mahogany table and side board. The 80m2 games room has table tennis, pool table, darts board, various gym equipment and a selection of borad games. Towels and linen are changed and the property cleaned weekly.
Further details outdoors: The villa is suitable for families with children. The garden is fully fenced and gates are lockable with parking for 4 cars. There is a lawned play area with 4 terraces and pool, 10 sun loungers, 2 tables both with 8 chairs and a large barbecue. The landscape is mature with lavender, lemon, olive, fig and pomegranite trees.
