Spacious luxury apartment overlooking the 15th green of San Roque Old Course. Only minutes walk within the resort to the Old and New Courses, the equestrian centre, the International Golf School and the San Roque Golf and Country Club. The facilities include bars, restaurants (superb Japanese), beauty salons, an on-site commercial centre and 24 hour security. Valderrama, Sotogrande and Alcaidesa Golf courses (to mention a few), and the stunning beach at Alcaidesa are a short drive away.
The apartment is on one level with marble floors throughout. Air-conditioning, 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and 2 luxury marble bathrooms with under floor heating. The designer kitchen with a breakfast bar includes dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave. Large open-plan lounge includes Satellite TV and DVD player. We aimed to create a cosy Scandinavian and contemporary feel to this apartment which we enjoy and hope you will too.

Sotogrande / San Roque Golf Club area
River Guadiaro and Estuary, Sotogrande, a natural area of 27 hectares and the only marshland on this part of the coast, has been designated as an Andalusian National Park, Wildlife and Nature Reserve. A series of pathways has been constructed, with information boards explaining the natural area, enabling nature lovers unobstructed views of the estuary, its wildlife and in particular the migratory birds, on their route to and from Africa
Coast/Beach Alcaidesa beach resort with beautiful sandy beach, windsurfing, bars and cafes is 5 minutes drive away. The 'millionaire's marina' at Sotogrande, 10 minutes' drive away, offers sailing and water-skiing as well as fashionable waterfront bars and restaurants. Gibraltar is a 20 minute drive and Tarifa a 30 minute drive.
Golf San Roque Golf itself is one of the most famous golf clubs in Spain. The Spanish Open is often held on the old course, while the new course presents different and less familiar challenges. Valderrama, home of the annual Volvo Masters is 10 minutes away. Alcaidesa which now has two courses is just 5 minutes away. The old course there is a beautiful links course with views across the sea to Gibraltar. And if that's not enough, there are another 26 courses within a 30-minute drive!
Distances Pueblo Nuevo 5 minutes, supermarket, local shops, restaurants. Within 1 hour; Rock of Gibraltar, fashionable coastal towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus, with great nightlife, laid back 'hippy town' of Tarifa, historical Spanish port city of Cadiz, Jerez, picturesque centre of the sherry industry, with visits to bodegas and wineries. Day trips to North Africa by fast ferry, and to world heritage sites of Granada and Cordoba.
Further details San Roque Club has great bars and restaurants with indoor and alfresco dining including French, International, Spanish / tapas, as well as the famous Kamakura, said to be the finest Japanese restaurant in southern Spain. The resort also includes an equestrian centre, tennis courts, pools and a commercial centre with bank, hairdresser and other shops.
