Entrance to the propery is by videophone with 24hr security on the resort. The apartment is also alarmed with a safe available to use.

Any changeover day is accepted. Arrival times after 2pm. Departure times before 11am
Minimum stay 3 nights.

Conditions

Deposit of 25% is required on confirmation of booking payable by Cheque. Balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. Booking cancellations: before 8 weeks - loss of deposit. 8 weeks or less - loss of deposit plus 30%. 2 weeks or less - loss of deposit plus 60%. 1 week - loss of deposit plus 100%.

We also require a breakage deposit of 200.00 GB Pounds. This will be returned within 14 days after the apartment has been checked after your departure should there be no damage to the apartment.
