This wonderful and spacios house is situated between the Marina and the sea within Sotogrande. It is in a comnunity very peaceful and quiet, ideal for families or couples. Luxurious level. The house has its own garden and shared pool where children and teens meet and enjoy. The sea is to a walking distance of 100 mts. and there the River Guadiaro find the sea. Just in front the house there is a tennis and beach club very friendly where you can enjoy both tennis and food. It is called "Octogono" . In front to the right there is a sailing club where you can get sailing lessons in the river. There is another club right on the beach for sailing lessons in the sea too. You can enjoy walking through the Marina boarding our community, biking, riding and many others sports.

Gibraltar Airport - only 14 kms. Airlines: British Airways and Monarch fly directly from UK to Gibraltar. Iberia airlines flys from Madrid.
Malaga Airport is aproximately 120 kms. 1 hr. drive by car. The following airlines fly direct from UK to Malaga: British Airways, Ryanair, Easyjet, Flybe.. Most of european cities have a direct fly to/from Malaga.

Further details indoors: There are 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Three on the upper floor and one on the ground floor. All the rooms have big wardrobes and drawers. The bathroom in the master room has shower and bath separates. two bathrooms have shower over the baths and another bathroom is only with shower. The master room has a big bed, another two have twin beds and the children bedroom with 4 beds.
Through the front door there is a spacious hallway with staircase. The sitting room is provided with sofas and chair, plasma TV and fireplace.
The dining room is available for 12 people.
Further details outdoors: Outside, Next to the kitchen there is an eating area (patio)with sitting for 8. There is private large garden with sunbeds.

A 25% deposit is required on booking with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to commencement. If booking is made with less than 4 weeks to go 100% is payable unpon booking. Prices include all services including utilities and a weekly clean, towel and sheet change. If your desire period if shorter or longer please enquiere, we will consider. Can be flexible about start days. Please request. Cots and highchairs can be arranges. English speaking contact is available during your stay. Pet might be consider. No smoking inside please.
