This luxurious ground floor apartment with private pool is all on one floor with no internal stairs and lift access to street level. Marble flooring throughout, with full air conditioning. The lounge and all the bedrooms have automatic shutters on outside of the windows.
The light spacious lounge has two large leather sofas, satellite tv, Playstation2 which also plays dvds and a supply of films. There are also board games and books.. Access to the patio, pool and garden area is available through the lounge french windows, through the back door and through each bedroom patio doors . There is also a single sofa bed available in the lounge.

The fully fitted kitchen with all amenities and high quality appliances.
There is a solid wood dining table in the kitchen which can seat 8 people and can be folded away when not needed.
The two bathrooms have electric underfloor heating, bath, shower, double basins, toilet and bidet . There is also a separate toilet.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and has its own en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds or can be used as a double. The third bedroom has one twin bed and bunk beds.
All bedroom have extensive fitted wardrobes and patio doors to the patio/garden area.

The private pool is 7.5m x 3.5 m and has shallow steps at one end. It is essential that children and non-swimmers are supervised at all times. In addition, visitors can take advantage of the large communal pool on the resort which also has a children's pool and a lifeguard on duty during the peak season.
The apartment is on the ground floor with lift access from street level.
Conditions
A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the rental cost will be payable when confirming your reservation. The outstanding balance is required to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to your arrival date if you are paying by bank transfer or 10 weeks prior to arrival if you are paying by cheque.
A refundable deposit of £300 is required against damage or breakages to be paid at the same time as the balance of the rental cost.

The apartment is located on the San Roque Golf Club which is a peaceful and secure gated resort just outside Sotogrande towards Gibraltar, situated in the heart of one of Spain’s finest nature reserves where the cork forests meet the Mediterranean Sea. Although there are many first class attractions available this is a beautiful less developed area of Spain. A perfect location for many golf courses and beaches.

The San Roque Golf Resort offer five star facilities including two championship golf courses (Spanish Open), equestrian centre, tennis, private beach club and superb restaurants.
Malaga airport is approx one hour to the north and Gibraltar airport is approx 20 minutes to the south.
It is recommended that car hire is booked in advance to your visit and that you get written confirmation of your booking, together with terms and conditions and insurance details.

We have recently returned fron Spain with our family. the apartment was very spacious,the garden and pool were lovely with good views all around. The resort was quiet and peaceful,just what we needed and it was all very clean and well looked after. We would definately return. |
