The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
San Roque Resort is situated near Sotogrande in the province of Cadiz, this is a wonderful less developed upmarket region of the costa del sol but wih access to all the amenities one would expect. Sotogrande Marina is a short drive as is the jet set night spots of Marbella and Puerto Banus. The San Roque Golf Resort and the immediate surrounding area is a golfers paradise with several top class courses from which to choose.
Sotogrande / San Roque Club Resort area
Two golf courses, driving range, hotel, bars, restaurants, horseriding and tennis all onsite in walking distance. The nearest beach is 5 minutes drive. Pueblo Neuvo is a small town which has shops and restaurants and is 5 minutes drive. The larger town of San Roque is 10 minutes drive where there is a weekly market, bullring, casino, shops and restaurants. The Sotogrande commerical centre which has a fantastic Cor supermarket is 10 minutes. Carrefour Hypermarket is 20 Minutes. The local port and upmarket marina of Sotogrande is 10 minutes drive. For fantastic shopping, bars, restaurants, beaches, marina and a lively nightlife visit Marbella and Peurta Banus around 35 minutes drive. Historic Gibraltar and it's shopping is 15 mins drive. If you would like to explore the culture and history of Andalusia further - Ronda, Cadiz and Jerez are all within an hour's drive and are full of history and places of interest. While Granada, Seville and Cordoba are around 2hr 30mins drive and are fascinating cities to visit. For those still wanting to venture further on a day trip there are regular ferries to Tangier, North Africa.

Fly to: Gibraltar - 15 Minutes drive - BA, Monarch and Easyjet airlines. Malaga - 1 hour drive - National, Budget and Tourist airlines. Jerez - 1 hour 15 mins drive - Ryanair from Stanstead. Car hire available from all three airports.

Further details outdoors: The property benefits from 24 hour security, underground parking, apartment on same level as car park, space for golf buggy parking. There are two terraces, the larger is south facing and over 82m2. There are magnificient views over two fairways on the old san roque golf course, over the commumal gardens and pool and out to the countryside and Mediterranean sea. The larger terrace has dining facilities and sun loungers and is attractively planted with decorative shrubs. The smaller private terrace gives outdoor access from bedroom 2 and 3. There is a large communal pool, as well as toilets, shower and changing facilities. Sun loungers are provided by the pool which has a lifeguard on duty during the summer months. Pools are closed out of summer season.
Conditions
On receiving your enquiry we will confirm availability by e-mail. You will receive via e-mail a rental agreement which you complete, sign and return with a non-refundable deposit within 7 days. The full rental price will then be payable no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival date. You will be met on arrival at the apartment by our representive who will familiarize you with the apartment and will respond to your queries and questions, Changeover day is usually a saturday but other days can be accommodated. We can also consider short term lets (3 days minimum) or Longer term rental agreements can be agreed (3 months minimum).
