The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol is the ultimate holiday region of Spain and with such a variety of gorgeous beaches, stunning coastal resorts and many other activities available, you can easily see why.
This is the ideal place to have a holiday with family or a romantic break away with your partner. It's also perfect if you're just looking for a good night out on the town as there is such a good range of night clubs and bars and the people are amazing.
If you play golf then you can't go wrong by choosing to take your vacation in this wonderful place as there is such a variety of courses here to suit any golfing handicap.
Sotogrande / Los Gazules area
Sotogrande is a purpose-built development in the Costa del Sol in southern Spain. The area is well known for its golf courses, stylish marina and its polo club. Sotogrande is surrounded by coastline and has some amazing views over Gibraltar which can be admired from many of the coastal resorts.
Sotogrande beach is approximately 5 minutes drive from the apartment and offers a full range of water sports activities including jet ski's, paragliding, diving etc. There is also an excellent choice of restaurants to choose from within the area, with enough variety to satisfy even the most picky of eaters.
Gibraltar is also a great place to visit, the area makes a great family day out. Located about 20 minutes from the apartment by car, there are some fantastic guided tours of the area with spectacular views and many other activities to enjoy. Watch out for the cheeky monkeys!

Fly to Gibraltar Airport with British Airways and Monarch Airlines (approx 25 minutes drive to Sotogrande)
Fly to Malaga Airport with First Choice, Britannia Airways, Easyjet, Ryan Air, Bmibaby and Monarch. (Driving From Malaga Airport to the apartment it takes approximately 60 minutes).

A non-refundable booking fee of 20% of the rental cost will be payable when confirming your reservation. Bank transfers or cheques are accepted. Contact us for bank details. Upon receipt of the cleared funds you will receive confirmation of your reservation (via e-mail or regular post, whichever is most convenient to you).
The outstanding balance is required to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to your arrival date if you are paying by bank transfer. For bookings less than 8 weeks prior to departure the full rental cost will be due at the time of booking. Your reservation cannot be held if the funds are not received.
A fully refundable deposit of £150 is required against damage or breakages to be paid at the same time as the balance of the rental cost. This deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of the end of your rental period following inspection for breakages or damage. In the event of any damage or breakages a suitable sum will be deducted to cover replacement or repair plus a management charge of 10% of the cost.
