The apartment benefits from a large 84m2 sunny south west facing terrace, directly overlooking the 13th green of the old San Roque course, home of the Spanish Open Golf Championship in 2005/2006.
Residents are welcome to make use of the San Roque Club facilities, including two championship golf courses, the equestrian centre, tennis courts, pools, restaurants and bars.
This part of the Costa del Sol is less developed and more exclusive than the areas further east, but still enjoys the same 300 days of sunshine every year!

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The western end of the Costa del Sol is less developed and more exclusive than the areas further east, but still enjoys the same 300 days of sunshine every year!
There are beautiful sandy beaches with lots of watersports including windsurfing, sailing and jet ski-ing. The pace of life is relaxed with many friendly bars and restaurants.
Sotogrande / San Roque Club Resort area
The area is a golfer's paradise with 27 golf courses within a 30-minute drive, including the famous courses of San Roque, home of the Spanish Open, and Valderrama, home of the annual Volvo Masters and a famous Ryder Cup venue.
Within the San Roque club resort there is an equestrian centre as well as tennis courts and swimming pools.
Historic places like Gibraltar, Jerez, Cadiz are within easy reach. Marbella and Puerto Banus offer terrific nightlife, and north Africa is only 40 minutes away by fast ferry from Tarifa. Or explore the dramatic mountain landscape inland with its beautiful white villages.

Restaurants with indoor and alfresco dining include French, International, Spanish / tapas, as well as the renowned Kama Kura, allegedly the finest Japanese restaurant in Spain.
