The kitchen is situated off the dining room, leads on to the patio and overlooks the pool. It is fully equipped with double oven, grill, hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle and features granite work tops.
The utility room includes a washing machine, tumble drier, sink and granite work tops, clothes rails and secluded drying area outside.
Large lounge with French windows leading to patio includes leather sofas and tables, flat screen TV, UK terrestrial channels + Sky News etc, Hi Fi with iPod dock and DVD player. Dining room features large dining table with seating for 8.
Playroom includes flat screen TV, PlayStation 3, computer with Internet access, pool / snooker table, multi-gym, tread mill and weights.
Towels and linen are included along with a maid clean service 1 day per week. More frequent cleaning can be arranged. Pool cleaning and garden maintenance is weekly.
The property is wheelchair accessible to the front and back doors. Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor and the en-suite has a wet floor, shower area. A pool hoist can be installed if required.
Garage and gates:
Driveway access is through remote controlled gates.
The large, double garage has remote controlled doors.

The property features a large, covered, terrace area with sofas, tables, a dining table with seating for 8 and a gas barbecue. The large pool area includes sun loungers, tables and large parasol to the side of the 4.8m x 9.5m, pool heating extra.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable to secure the booking. The balance,
plus a £500 returnable damage deposit, must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to the booking period. If the booking is made within eight weeks of the rental date then 100% is payable on booking.
The Andalucia region
The Costa del Sol ("Sun Coast" or, more literally, "Coast of the Sun") is a region in the south of Spain, in the autonomous community of Andalusia, comprising the coastal towns and communities along the Mediterranean coastline of the Málaga province.
The Costa del Sol is situated between two lesser known costas: Costa de la Luz and Costa Tropical. Formerly made up only of a series of small, quiet fishing settlements, the region has been completely transformed during the latter part of the 20th century into a tourist destination of world renown.
Sotogrande has a wealth of sport and leisure facilities at hand; golf, tennis, equestrian, sailing and fishing.
There are a number of excellent golf courses and golf schools in Sotogrande: Valderrama, San Roque, Real Club de Sotogrande, Almenara, La Canada, La Reserva and Alcadaisa.
Our villa is ideally situated for the Volvo Masters at Valderrama.
