Further details indoors: The accommodation is all on one level and comprises of a large lounge having sumptuous furniture including lovely leather suite, with double sofa bed, occasional tables, an open fire and patio doors to the rear gardens. Entertainment is provided here by way of a Widescreen 40” LCD flat screen Satellite TV with Cinema surround sound system, and a DVD player. There is a separate open plan dining room with high quality modern American style kitchen which benefits from all modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob. Accessed from the hallway, the master double bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom, easy chairs and double patio doors to the garden. There is second lovely double bedrooms also having an en-suite bathroom and a further bedroom with three single beds. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans, bedside tables and built in wardrobes. There is an additional luxury family shower room for all to use. The villa is tastefully furnished and equipped to a very high standard throughout and has air-conditioned / central heating available at extra cost, if required.
Further details outdoors: The grounds of this superb villa are equally appealing as the interior. From the front door, there is a spacious shaded terrace, with quality patio furniture, having sea and coastal views. A Gas Barbeque is available to enjoy ‘Al fresco’ dining in this pleasant setting. Sun beds and parasols are provided for use on the sun terraces and in the gardens that surround the 9m x 4.5m private pool, which has Roman steps for easier access. The extensive mature gardens are well stocked and maintained. One of the most impressive features of this villa is its large roof terrace which offers spectacular views towards Estepona and Gibraltar. This is a perfect spot to relax and watch the sunset. To the side of the villa there is off road parking for a number of cars. The grounds are secured with lockable gates and there is a monitored security alarm system. The villa superb luxury villa is ideally located for either a beach or golfing holiday in relaxing, peaceful surroundings.
