Perfect vacation home for families with or without children, in a secluded area away from the noise but so close to everything. Unbelievable sea view of Ayia Napa bay. Wake up by birds singing. We recommend a morning dive in the sea followed by a coffee break while watching the sunrise.

When you arrive in Larnaca Cyprus International airport you can get to the house via bus, taxi or car. We recommend to hire a car and take the motorway A3 towards Ayia Napa - Paralimni. Use exit no. 67 towards Liopetri or Potamos Liopetri. Make a left turn at the stop and follow the road with direction Ayia Thekla and Watepark. Just after the first houses on your rigth make a right turn towards IONION VILLAS (there is a road sign on the corner) and head towards the sea front. There are about 30 holiday homes and you head to the front line villas where you will see VILLA no. 6 right on the beach. “Excellent, comfortable villa, would rent again.” A recently built, completely furnished villa with a lot of space. Kitchen, air-conditioning, showers etc in perfect working order. Beds are very comfortable. Swimming pool very clean, the garden is large and well kept. The villa is situated in a peaceful complex outside Agya Napa. Amenities are not at walking distance, but with a car it's easy to buy foods & drinks. The only thing I did not like is access to the sea, which is rocky and difficult to negotiate without plastic sandals.
