VILLA DIANA (for 4 persons, with space to add 2).
The Villa is composed from a saloon with doble sofà bed, whit colour TV, CD and DVD playerand, angle lunch complete of every comfort, air conditioned, the fireplace.
The kitchen is well equipped, there are: refrigerator and freezer, plain of cooking, electric oven, toaster, pots and dish.
Two matrimonial bedrooms with balcony, two baths with shower, of which a privacy in room.
Local laundromat, equipped of washer, axle and iron from I stretch and clothes drier for laundry.
And' endowed with a great terrace with gazebo and table, chairs and barbecue.
Solarium with sun bed.
Is recommended the car, there is the deprived parking the stop of the bus is to 10 mt. from the Villa.

Conditions

Payment:
A deposit of 30% of the price must be paid at the time of reservation. The remainder is to be paid upon arrival.
The cancellation of the booking from the 90° day before the check-in involves the loss of the deposit.
Security Deposit: 200 euro
Upon arrival, the client will pay a security deposit in cash. The deposit will be restored to the client at the time of departure.

Arrival, Departure and Conduct:
- Check-in is from 3pm (15.00) until 7pm (19.00). If clients expect to arrive later than 7pm, they must notify owners.
- Check-out is at 9.30am, and at 9:00am a representative of Villa will inspect the property.
- Only the number of persons for which the property has been reserved will be given access to the property.
