Home description

This home is situated in a quiet area, in a typical ancient fishermen's Village, but at the same time close to the centre of Sorrento. It is in a traditional building facing the Mediterranean sea - which is less than 20 m away- but it has been just renewed and it is equipped with air-conditioning. This apartment is near a lot of shops: a supermarket, a greengrocer’s, a bakery, a butcher’s, some restaurants, etc. On reaching this apartment by car, 500 away from of the apartment there are car parking spaces. Train Station at roughly 1 km - Banks and Post Office are at 700 m - Private and public beaches are 50 m. away - Sorrento centre at 700 m

Apartment on the third floor of a traditional building (without lift). It is a three-roomed lodging of 75 m 2, sleeps 4+2, composed of: wide living-room with sofa-bed dining-table, kitchen with breakfast counter , a double room with sea-view, a bathroom with shower, another double room, another bathroom with shower, a lit terrace from where You can enjoy a stunning 180 °sea-view with Naples, Pozzuoli and Vesuvius.

Marina Grande Home is a great place for those who enjoy nature, thesun and for those ready to sample typical Italian life.

Conditions

Clients shall pay € 100.00 on arrival at our office in Sorrento for electricity, running water, gas, cleaning and weekly linen.
€ 100.00 security should be paid upon arrival and is returned at the end of the stay after inspecting the accommodation for any accidental damages.
