VILLA POSEIDON (for 7 persons, with space to add 2) The Villa is furnished in Mediterranean style with every comfort, and all rooms are air conditioned. It includes a large living room with comfortable sofa-beds, access to internet, mobile telephone, colour satellite TV, stereo, CD and DVD players, and contains a tastefully decorated dining area. Of the four bedrooms, two have queen beds, one has twin beds, and one has a single bed. The bedrooms are very well furnished and include bed linens. All the bedrooms offer guests privacy and quiet, and open on a terrace looking toward the sea. The two baths, one with shower and one with tub, are supplied with towels and hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine, dishwasher, stovetop with five burners, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, Italian and American coffee makers, tea kettle, and all dishes, glasses and pots and pans necessary. There is also an iron and ironing board. The Villa includes a barbecue and safe. The large terrace is furnished with a table and chairs. It directly faces the small bay and offers an extraordinary view. It’s recommended that guests have a car, which can be kept at no additional cost inside the private residential park.

Conditions
Payment: A deposit of 30% of the price must be paid at the time of reservation. The remainder is to be paid upon arrival. The cancellation of the booking from the 60° day before the check-in involves the loss of the deposit. Security Deposit: 300 euros. Upon arrival, the client will pay a security deposit in cash. The deposit will be restored to the client at the time of departure.
