About the home
Villa Esposito is located in the proximities of the small town of Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi in an astonishing position facing the Gulf of Salerno, Li Galli and La Vetara. The Villa, on two levels, is surrounded by vineyards, lemon and olive trees.
On the ground floor there is a spacious traditional rustic kitchen with a stone oven and a built-in barbecue grill. The kitchen is fully-equipped with electrical oven, dish washer, fridge and six hob gas stove. The lounge is a spacious and bright space, decorated according to the local rustic style. A fireplace and comfortable couches make this an ideal area for relaxing.
The Villa has 3 bedrooms located on the first floor; 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom (bed can be made into double). All en-suites with baths or showers. These luxurious bedrooms, each with its own unmistakable character, feature private terraces with wonderful views overlooking the Gulf of Salerno.
The exterior of the villa is stunning and its the lush garden on the ground level invites to outdoor dining. On the first floor there is a vegetable garden and a swimming pool with a spacious and private solarium. The pool is entirely excavated in natural rock and overlooked by a gracious Venetian bridge. It is equipped with hydro massage and external hot shower.

The Sorrento, Campania / Sorrentine Peninsula area
S. Agata sui due Golfi is situated in the territory of Massa Lubrense between the Gulf of Naples and the Gulf of Salerno, where you can enjoy an incomparable panorama over both the gulfs, as testified also by the name of the most this important village in the territory of Massa Lubrense: (St. Agatha on two Gulfs) in the hills surrounding the Sorrento Peninsula.
Well known for its healthy air, organic vegetables and for the famous Restaurant "Don Alfonso" (three star Michelin), S.Agata has been a popular tourist resort since the Eighteenth Century. The village itself is in a very good location. Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi and Nerano can all be easily reached either by car or bus. Nerano and Massalubrense’s small port are both typical Mediterranean fishing villages, where you can taste the local seafood, hire small boats or simply relax whilst enjoying a long, cool drink.

The 6 of us has a wonderful holiday here in April 2011. It is a truly lovely villa. The owners (who live next door) were very helpful and the restaurant next door was lovely and was also run by family members. We had breakfast there most mornings and evening meal there a couple of times. Was ina good location and the local shops were adequate for what supplies we needed. Words can't to justice to this place, we loved it. We were two couples, villa is very large and a great set-up, easily could have been three couples. Perfect place to make home base to explore the Amalfi coast (both sides). I our opinion you need a car, 6kms from Serrento, 8kms from Positano. The villa of Sant' Agata is less than a km, an easy walk. Wonderful markets for fresh food's and an exceptional restaurant - Don Alfono's. Great stay at the Esposito Villa! We had an amazing week even if the weather did not cooperate. Took a driver to do the Amalfi Coast, we had a Fiat Ducato (9 passengers) for a car. Will definitely recommend the villa to friends in Montreal, Canada.

Villa Esposito exceeded our expectations! It is so beautifully appointed - we loved every room - and the lovely gardens - pool and extraordinary vistas. After being with crowds all day in Capri, Pompei and Sorrento, it was great to “come home” to the serenity of this beautiful place.
We enjoyed two wonderful dinners at Farmhouse nearby and the other nights we had fun cooking local pastas and had dinner with the fireplace lighting the room. Driving was quite an “experience”, but it was great fun to be able to explore Marina del Cantone and Massa / Marina del lago.
We did hire a driver for the adventure along the Amalfi Coast which allowed all of us to take many pictures – too many pictures :-)!! All week- every where we looked – there was another spectacular panorama. What a beautiful world! Grazie Grazie Grazie!

What a marvelous place for Christmas! The villa was a wonderful surprise, with ample rooms for our family and friends to share an Italian stale Christmas. We enjoyed the ambience of the fireplace and laughed together as we cooked our Christmas pizza in the wood - fired pizza oven!
Thanks to Alex and Marina for their care and attention to detail - like cookies and a bottle of vino rosso waiting for us! We would love to return again and recommend Villa Esposito to any family or group looking for comfortable setting to stay in and enjoy.

Beautiful villa in a perfect location.... it was difficult to leave on day trip around the Amalfi coast! We visited Capri, Torca, Amalfi, Positano and some great beaches. Orlando bar in Santa Agata is our favourite bar for early drinks and the Don Alfonso restaurant opposite is AMAZING!
The walk from tour to Sorrento (4 km) is a great way to see panoramic views and the "Il Buco" restaurant in Sorrento is well worth a visit. As is the beautiful hotel, Vittoria Excelsior.
We’ve not eaten so much lovely pasta and yummy ice cream since, … our last trip hue! And, well definitely come back.
