This nice two story villa is located on Sorrento coast, in a beautiful estate close to the sea. Few stairs bring you from the parking space to the main doorway. Entering the French door, there's a cozy living room tasteful furnished with sofas, armchairs and a fireplace. At the same level, there are 3 double bedrooms (of which 2 have also a single sofa bed) and three baths of which two are en-suite. Two of the three bedrooms, feature a private balcony and all of them enjoys a gorgeous sea view. A comfortable internal stairs brings you to the lower level that has a large kitchen with a welcoming dining area equipped with a table, a sofa and a bench. Through a French door you can reach a the 40 square meters terrace partially covered by awning and equipped with tables, chairs and sun chairs. The terrace enjoys a great sea view. Walking down about 20 stairs you can reach another terrace equipped with chairs, sun umbrella, sun beds and the pool that you'll share with another part of the villa in the same building. It's opened, weather condition permitting between June and mid-October.

POSITANO:

Positano is a town of 4000 inhabitants in the heart of the Amalfi Coast. Thanks to the mild climate and the beauty of the landscape, Positano has been a resort since the days of the Roman Empire, as attested by the discovery of a villa and more recent discoveries, dating to 2004.
