Magnificent Villa with large garden and private swimming pool. Villa in S. Agata sui Due Golfi with spacious garden and swimming pool. The property is located 250 m from the centre of S.Agata sui Due Golfi, 10 km from Sorrento and Positano and 5 km from Nerano.
The total area of the villa is 200 sqm spread out over three levels and it can can have up to 10 guests. The villa have air conditioning in all rooms, electric heating, TV in the living room and in all bedrooms, fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, washing machine and private parking.
If you love shopping, socializing, bars and exclusive restaurants, Sorrento is the ideal place for you. The only problem will be choosing between them. 7 km away is the sea and the bay of Nerano, with its enchanting beaches and romantic restaurants, some of which are on jetties, suspended over the water, where you will find the best fish and shellfish dishes of the Sorrento Peninsula.

The Campania region
Although it was built in a peaceful location, Villa is just a few minutes from the lovely village of Sant’Agata, a short and pleasant walk away, where you can taste the delicious cuisine of one of Europe’s most famous restaurants: "Don Alfonso".
Sant'Agata has played host to famous authors, musicians and poets, attracted by the extremely varied and enchanting landscapes that can be enjoyed here among the nature and wholesome fresh air. The beautiful and peaceful little town is not only a destination for discerning tourists in search of tranquillity, clean air and traditional dining, but also enjoys a privileged position, being just a few minutes from all the most famous tourist spots of the Sorrento and Amalfi coastline.
Once in Sorrento Centre, the train station for Pompei and Herculaneum is very close by, as is the harbour with the hydrofoils for the island of Capri and Ischia and Naples, and the very convenient bus service for Positano (10 km away) and Amalfi. From Positano, it is just 20 minutes to the beautiful, ancient village of Ravello, home of poets and antiquarians, with its gardens and wonderful eighteenth century villas on the cliff overlooking the sea.

Sorrento, Campania / Sorrentine Peninsula area
The lovely town Sant’Agata sui due Golfi is located just 450 metres from the property, therefore is within walking distance. Described as “one of the pearls” in the Gulfs of Napes and Salerno, Sant’Agata sui due Golfi is perched on a hill offering views of the coast, sea, and two bays nearby.
Today it is best known for its church of the same name, the monastery of Deserto, and its archaeological ruins dating back to Etruscan times. Of course, there are also markets, shops, restaurants, including the historical Don Alfonso, and an endless amount of walking paths away from the main roads. Sorrento is a short drive away where you’ll find a museum, music festivals from mid-September to mid-October, and various art galleries throughout the year.
Shoppers, be sure to stop by Via S. Cesaero in the centre of Sorrento to buy or browse craft stores, sweet shops, and clothing boutiques. Keep in mind that every Tuesday is the weekly street market. There are also cinemas, wine bars, and even a bowling alley to amuse you during your visit. For day trips, make sure to see the chic coast town of Positano, the ruins of Pompei, and the culturally significant city of Naples.

How to get there
From the airport there are different ways to get to Sorrento .
It would be best to rent a machine, however, when you arrive to Rome, you can take a flight for Napoli.
1) Once at "Capodichino" airport,you can reach Sorrento by bus service run by "Curreri".The bus stop is situated in front of the arrival exit and leaves at 09:00,11:30, 13:00,14:30,16:30,19:00 every day. The cost is about € 5,00. (The trip takes approximately 1 hour).
There is a bus service leaving Sorrento station for Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi about every 25 minutes. Bus service “Sita”.
The bus stop is situated to 15 minutes on foot.
2) Transfer Napoli to Sorrento can be arranged also with taxis and several private cars with drivers, but the cost is much more expensive, from € 70,00 to € 100,00.
From Rome Airport by public means:
There is a shuttle that connects the Airport with the main railway station in Rome. From Rome Termini there are several trains to Naples (The trip takes approximately 2 hours). In alternative, (only during working days) from the Termini train station You can take the bus of “Marozzi” company that leaves from the capital at 7:00 am and 3:00 pm: the bus takes directly to Sorrento, (Euros 15.99).
