Five-roomed apartment of 100 square meter composed of: entrance, living room with fireplace, TV, stereo and single bed-settee, kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, small balcony, ample double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with cabin-shower and direct access to a sea view balcony, ample bedroom with two single beds, bedroom with one single bed, another bathroom with bath and shower. Going up a winding staircase you reach the sun terrace of 100 square metres with sea view overlooking the island of Ischia and Capri, equipped with table, umbrellas, beds and lounge chairs for the use of guests. Sleeps five to six. Free WI-FI Internet available.
Bus stop at 10 metres, children's play ground with slides and swing and free public parking at 20 metres. Sorrento centre, railway station for excursions to Pompei and Erculaneum at 5 Km. Ideal situation for excursions to Positano, Amalfi, Vesuvio, Ischia.

Conditions

Payment:
An advance of 30% of the price must be paid at the time of reservation. The remainder of the price is to be paid upon arrival.

Reimbursement in Case of Cancellation:
- Cancellation 30 days or more prior to check-in is not penalized, and the advance will be returned.
- Cancellation 30 days or less to check-in, will result in the loss of the advance.

Security Deposit:
Upon arrival, the client will pay a security deposit in cash of 200 euros. The security deposit will be restored to the client at the time of departure, if there aren’t any damages.

Arrival, Departure and Conduct:
- Check-in is from 4pm (16.00) until 7pm (19.00). If clients expect to arrive later than 7pm, they must notify Villa Sorrentina.

- Check-out is at 10am, and at 9:30am a representative of Villa Sorrentina will inspect the property.

- Only the number of persons for which the property has been reserved will be given access to the property.

The Campania region

An itinerary that leaves from the city of Naples heading to the Phlegreans Fields, and further on: northwards to the Volturno river and southwards to the Sorrento and Amalfi coast.

If you want to explore the green heart of Naples you need to leave from the Vesuvius, the only volcano in the world to be protected in a National Park. Nine different itineraries including diverse places to reach eventually the same destination: from Pompeii to Herculaneum or Boscoeale, along ancient streets.

The Vesuvius, the famous volcano dominating the city, is in the background of the wonderful Neapolitan coast. You can well see it from Posillipo Hill, where you can also admire the structures of a submerged ancient villa destroyed by the bradisism and now protected in the Marine Area of the Underwater Park of Gaiola. Guided submarine or on dry land tours of the park are really not to be missed.
In the immediate outskirts of Naples there is the Park of the Phlegrean Fields: 8 thousand hectares of dormant craters, thermal springs and fertile land in the green heart of the Mediterranean Maquis. It represents a unique wonder considering the volcanic nature of the land here that perfectly merges with archaeological sites and historical and mythological traces of ancient times.

Going on northwards we reach the Nature Reserve of the River Volturno and the Coast of Licola, one of the richest areas of water avifauna of the Tyrrenean littoral.
Going back southwards, along the turnings of the winding Sorrento coast, that seem to hug the Gulf of Naples, we first reach the Regional Park of the Lattari Mountains, stretching partly over the Peninsula of Sorrento and Amalfi, designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO; then we get to the Protected Marine Area of Punta Campanella, which preserves one of the most beautiful and luxuriant stretches of the Italian coastline. Scuba diving will allow you to enjoy the fantastic submarine atmospheres of the Mediterranean, with its colourful flora and fauna.

Finally, in Sorrento there is a small but not to be missed wood - Bosco Le Tore, typical example of urban oasis. Two different itineraries are offered to visitors here: a sports one ideal for runners, and a more didactic tour, a kind of natural Snakes and Ladders match, which will illustrate the main characteristics of the wood, from the underground to the foliages of trees.

Villa Sorrentina is situated in the nicest area of Sorrento Peninsula, a few minutes to Sorrento, in the little town of Massa Lubrense, an ancient village of fishermen and sailors.
The area, in the middle of the Gulf of Naples, with easy access to the excursions in the most famous and fascinating tourist sites in the world: the Amalfi coast (Positano, Amalfi, Vietri), the archeological cities of Pompei and Ercolano, mount Vesuvio, the island of Capri e Ischia.

You can get in Sorrento with fly from all England Airport to Airport of Naples Capodichino or Fiumicino (Rome), From Naples Airport there's shuttle bus every day (Start from airport to Sorrento: 9:00;11.30;13:00;14:30;16:30;19:30).

You can get either by train until Sorrento Railway station, from Naples station with Circumvesuviana service.

You can rent car in Naples Airport from all rental companies.
Road to follow: Since Rome, A1 highway Napoli direction. To continue on the A3 highway, direction Salerno/Penisola Sorrentina. To leave at Castellamare di Stabia and follow the indications for Sorrento.

"As a family of 2 adult and 2 children we loved our stay in Villa Sorrentina. the homely touches made for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything you nee, as is the rest of the Villa. Having Internet access is fantastic and really essential in this modern age. The Villa location is great close to shops and space to park the car. a fantastic view from both the inside and the rooftop is something very special.
Last but not least, to the hosts. Luigi and his mother are the best of hosts. For us personally after a fairly long (and sometimes stressfull) drive from Tuscany, being met by two happy and smiling faces who gaves us such a nice welcome, and such a nice bottle of Limoncello, was absolutely brilliant. We thank very much and wish them the best for the future. P.S. The kids loved the games and puzzles provided. Thanks and Ciao
