Villa Ivy has a wondeful view of the Gulfs of Naples and Massa Lubrense and lemon groves, olive trees, terraces and countryside around it. It is full of very colorful and scented plants and flowers. The villa is divided into two separate units: the Saracen tower and the main house.
The Villa has 6 bedrooms and bathrooms and another service bathroom,all with heating and air-conditioning.
The ground floor of the main house consists of a bedroom with three beds (Triple Bedroom ), a dressing room and a bathroom with a shower, a Double Bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub and shower. There is also a fireplace on the ground floor, in the sitting room, a bedroom closet with a bathroom, a washing machine, an iron and whatever else is needed to do laundry.
A granite staircase, with large windows that overlook the garden, leads to the first floor, where there is another living room, which has satelite television and a beautiful terrace on which there is a marble dining table for 10 to 12 people. This terrace is covered by a beautiful pergola and nearbyb there is a kitchen that is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher and other electrical applliances. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: a Double Bedroom built on two levels and a dressing room and a satelite television. Another bedroom has two single beds, a dressing room and a spacious bathroom with shower.
A second terrace, which is partly covered by a pergola, can be reached from the first terrace by a staircase and it's fully equipped with sun chairs, tables, sofas and armchairs with pillows. It has a fabulous mini Jacuzzi pool (heated) for 4 to 6 people and breathtaking views of the sea.
A covered patio equipped with tables, sofas and armchairs is perfect for those who want to just sit and relax maybe with a good book or even the villa has also a huge garden and porch with chairs and tables that are arranged under an olive tree overlooking the sea.
The main entrance to the villa is in a small porch dating back to the 900's, the second is from the garden and another from the parking space. A pergola covers the parking area, which has two parking spaces and an automatic gate.
Villa Ivy has beautiful terra cotta tile decorations thoughout the villa. There is also a very characteristic well and a convenient pizza oven beside the porch.
Villa Ivy is located in the center of Massa Lubrense at just 500mt from shops, restaurants, bars. Located near to the Amalfi Coast and just 7km from Sorrento. Villa Ivy is situated in a bay with breathtaking views and in a strategic position, which has been a popular holiday choice for many years with holiday makers wishing to visit the many tourist destinations in the area, such as Positano and Amalfi, Pompei and Herculaneum, and Sorrento and the islands of Capri and Ischia.

Massa Lubrense is a “comune” in the Province of Naples in the Italian region Campania, south of Italy, located about 25 km southeast of Naples. Massa Lubrense borders only with the municipality of Sorrento, the municipality of Massa Lubrense contains the “frazioni “(subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) of Acquara, Annunziata, Casa, Marciano, Marina del Cantone, Marina della Lobra, Marina di Puolo, Metrano, Monticchio, Nerano, Pastena, San Francesco, Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi (location of the fjord Crapolla), Santa Maria della Neve, Schiazzano, Termini and Torca.
