Traditional Mallorcan Villa in residential area of Son Serra De Marina, with private pool. This house has two separate floors, the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious dining/living room and large terrace. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom also has a double bed and third bedroom has a double sofa bed that would be ideal for children. The first floor is a studio, has a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, in the seating area is a sofa bed suitable for child,if this is used then the villa can sleep up to 8 people. The studio also has small kitchen and very large terrace.More photos can be provided on request. This Villa has door alarms for extra pool safety.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
Mallorca is the largest of the Balearic Islands and has many visitors every year. There are many places of interest to visit. The Island has some spectacular scenery and still has some secluded beaches. The most famous places to visit on the Island are Soller, Port de Soller & Valldemosa, these beautiful places are to be found on the south west side of the Island. There is also Palma with its gothic cathedral; There are many bars, restaurants and plenty of shops for you to enjoy in the capital. In the North of the Island there is Formentor, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia.
We are very lucky because we have a huge amount of attractions for the children as well, There are around 5 different water parks: Aqualand & western water park are the most popular. There are some excellent nights out for all the family, here on the island we have The Pirates Adventure and Son Amar.
Son Serra de Marina area
Son Serra de Marina is situated just 5-10 minutes by car from C'an Picafort; this is where you will find many bars, restaurants and cafes. Son Serra de Marina is a typical mallorcan seaside village, it is a real hideaway and few tourists know about it .The beach is full of sand dunes and really is quite spectacular still and the best thing is that it doesn't get too packed! Nearby if you enjoy horse riding there is Rancho Grande, who offer excellent riding excursions for all the family.
How to get there
Son Serra de Marina is around one hour from Palma Airport.
Mallorca is accessible from most UK airports; all the big low cost airlines now fly here. Easyjet, Thomsonfly, Globespan & Ryanair who begin their new routes from March 2007. An excellent website that searches for cheap flights from your local airport is www.skyscanner.co.uk.
Car hire is easy to book over the internet and it is advisable to book a car hire company who have an office at the Airport as this makes car collection a lot easier.

Further details indoors: This property is ideal for families with friends or grandparents as it has the added facility of a studio. Upstairs from the main house, is a studio which consists of, small kitchen, bathroom, seating area, and large terrace.It has a entrance that is outside so no need to go into the main house.
Further details outdoors: This villa has excellent exterior facilities, large terraces with a private pool. There is a gas BBQ and even an outside free standing heater.
