Who has not ever dreamed of waking up with the sound of the sea? In this modern apartment you can have breakfast on the terrace while enjoying stunning sea views. Beach lovers and water enthusiasts will find the perfect place for their holidays.

The apartment with a size of 85 m2 is ideal for couples with and without children. There are 2 bedrooms available, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds. The apartment has a bathroom with shower.

The property is located on the 1st floor and there is no elevator. The 80 m2 terrace is equipped with a small table with chairs made of rattan available. In the open living room you can relax with a good book or just taking a nap on the large sofa. The apartment has no air conditioning, but there are fans available on request. The American kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking: microwave, oven, toaster, fridge freezer, coffee maker are also all essential kitchen utensils, crockery and glasses available. The adjacent dining area is furnished with a table and four chairs. There is as well washing machine and an ironing board with iron. The decoration is very modern, well-lighted and is has stunning sea views. Please note that pets are not allowed.

Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

The nearest long sandy beach of Can Picafort is just 10 minutes drive by car. There are many restaurants, bars, sun beds and umbrellas (extra charge). On the way from Son Serra de Marina to Can Picafort, there is a public finca, called Son Real, where there are typical Mallorcan animals, such as pigs and chickens. From Son Serra de Marina, you can comfortably walk to the Finca Son Real, especially during the low season because the temperatures are pleasant.

The natural beach of Son Serra de Marina is located just 400 meters away. There are no big hotels, so it's no crowded during the peak season and there is no road noise. It's just you, the beach and the sea. The beach is a mixture of sand-rock and stone beach and especially in the off-season, it may happen that there is seaweed on the beach. The beach is very long, as you can surely find a nice, quiet place to lie down and relax. There are no sun loungers and no umbrellas for rent. In Son Serra de Marina there is a pharmacy, a small supermarket and a few nice restaurants.
