First floor has two comfortable bedrooms, one double and other with two singles bed, both with balconies spacious bathroom shower room and toilet, and on the second floor there is third bedroom with a bathroom/ shower and balcony with views over the golf course to the sea.

Ground Floor leads through the lounge area out the patio garden and onto the shared swimming pool area complete with children pool. Furthermore the ground floor has an equipped utility room with washing machine.

The Menorca region

2nd largest of the Balearic islands, hot summer climate for perfect beach holidays. Numerous historical
sites dating back some 2000 years.

Many interesting walks through the small island. Some 400 or so restaurants, bars, cafes etc. to choose from.

Son Parc area

Son Parc for golf, restaurants, bars, beach, shops. Locally Fornells for Sailing and windsurfing.

How to get there

Most Budget airlines operate services directly to Mahon from UKs main international airports. Check with your travel agent or websites for costs and availabilities.

Should you wish to sail to Menorca (Mahon) from the mainland Spain (Barcelona and Valencia) there is a regular service, again check website for this. Sailing to and from Majorca from Cuitadella on the island.

Car hire is essential really to explore and discover the island, however local walks to the golf club and shops are easily achievable.
