The Menorca region
The magical Mediterranean Island of Menorca (Minorca) has over 120 beaches, some of them being the most beautiful in Europe. Most are unspoiled and they are to be be found in every nook and cranny of the coastline of an island only 30 miles by 12. Some are long stretches of fine sand, others are sheltered bays or coves. The sea is of the clearest blue with an unmatchable clarity and with the most agreeable of temperatures which make it a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, or for those just lounging and chilling out.
During the year there is an average of 300 days of sunshine with an average of 5 hours a day in winter and more than 10 hours a day in summer.

Ideal for a relaxing golf holiday, the villa is about 300 meters from the 18 hole golf club with its bar and restaurant. More restaurants and supermarkets are just over half a mile away with the beach a little further on. There are ample watersports activities including kayaking, diving, fishing, and banana boat rides, as well as horse riding for the land lovers. Menorca is perfect for cycling and features an annual cycling tour of the island. This is a popular event with over 400 cyclists participating. The island is also an excellent setting for bird-watching if that's what your after.

Downstairs is open plan with a gas cooker, fridge/freezer and washing machine. outside is a small utility room. * The dining area has a pine table and four stools, this leads to the lounge area with a bed settee, armchairs and a coffee table. * Large doors open on to a patio equipped with a built in barbecue and sun beds - this overlooks the swimming pool which is shared with the other 11 villas.
