An attractive Ground Floor 2 bedroom apartment 5 minutes drive away from Son Parc's safe beach (ideal for children), overlooking the 18 hole golf course and hills beyond and is in a peaceful location yet only 20 minutes drive from Mahon with all amenities including a large selection of shops, markets, harbour and bars. A 5 to 10 minute drive will take you to the picturesque port of Addaya and Fornells which has a fantastic range of restaurants and water sports.
The apartment benefits from a large shared safe swimming pool, tennis courts are available for hire close by. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning views over the golf course and furnished with table and chairs, sun loungers and brick built bar-be-que. With one double bedroom, twin bedroom and sofa bed, the apartment is ideal for families with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do, and for golfers alike with club house, shop, restaurant and bar 50 yards away (open to non members).

The Menorca region
Menorca benefits from a beautiful coastline, having a harbour at Mahon with a wealth of fishing villages and lovely beaches, offering restaurants and water sports (a trip can be taken on a glass bottom boat from Mahon, sailing north or south and stops in a bay for those who enjoy a swim in the sea). The island is 'green' and warm for most of the year making for a relaxing holiday, enjoying the beaches and ideal for walking. There is a good range of shops in Mahon (20 min drive), Mercadal and Alaior (10 mins drive). From Cuitadella (30 mins drive) a ferry can be taken to Majorca or Ibiza. The weather is usually very warm in July and August, but in May, June and September temperatures can be as warm as 85 degrees F.
Son Parc / Green Parc area
Son Parc is the ideal holiday destination for all age groups, offering an 18 hole golf course with club house and a restaurant. Tennis courts are available for hire. Horse riding is nearby. Son Parc's local shops, bars and restaurants are within a few minutes walk from the apartment and Son Parc beach which is ideal for all the family is a 5 min drive with lifeguards, car park, bar and restaurant, sun beds and parasols, pedaloes and canoes for hire.
The fishing village of Fornells is 10 mins drive away, offering water sports and a wealth of restaurants. Mahon is 20 mins drive away with ample shops, bars, restaurants, beautiful churches and its harbour is breathtaking. Cycle hire is available. Mercadal and Alaior are 5 mins drive away offering shops. There is a local bus service but car hire is recommended if you want to see more of this beautiful island.

Fly to Mahon International Airport - Son Parc is 20 minutes drive away.

Car Hire is strongly recommended and is available from avictoria@infotelecom.es who will arrange for a car to be waiting for you at the airport with their representative.
Taxis are available from the Airport to Son Parc - fare approximately 20 euros.
