"Sa moleta" is a magnificent finca situated on top of a hill with stunning views of the west coast of mallorca. The villa sits on a wonderful plot of 20.000sqm and it is builded on differents levels. The house has a great terrace with a waterfall swimming pool. This beautiful finca is situated in a tranquil area only 6 km. From the porto cristo's zone, famous for his beautifuls beaches and port. This newly-constructed house has a complete equipment for summer and winter and it's perfect for couples with children.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Where the mountains meet the sea you will find lovely unspoilt coves, and in the mountains themselves lie many charming towns and monasteries. Across the centre and to the south east of the island lie plains dotted with windmills, whilst olive and almond groves flourish in the rich soil. Whether you choose to enjoy the island's many tourist attractions, or to simply drink in the wonderful scenery and rich culture.
Son Macia area
"Sa moleta" finca is situated in a quiet area near the west coast of the island near the little village Son Macia. In Son Macia you can buy every day fresh bread and fruits. This is an authentic picturesque village. And at approximate 10 minutes by car you'll find the nearest largest city (Manacor: population 35,000 people). From Manacor you can take the train to Inca, Palma or Sineu. Only 5 minutes from the house there is the Porto Cristo's beach. Also the calas from Mallorca are within 10 km distance. (The famous Beach: Romantica) The capital Palma de Mallorca and the Airport is just 56 km from the house.
