About the home

There are many aspects of this attractive 3 bedroom villa that we know will make your stay there extremely memorable.

It is very spacious and will sleep a maximum of 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, a sizeable light airy lounge, and a kitchen complete with a breakfast bar and dining area. The master bedroom, dining room and lounge benefit from having air conditioning. There is also your very own private swimming pool.

The villa is only 1000m (1km) from the beach and about a 30 minute drive from some excellent golf courses.

There are 3 bedrooms in total, all with en-suite bathrooms, ensuring maximum privacy if needed. They are all of a very high standard.

Bedrooms
All bedrooms have either a double bed or two single beds, all with sprung mattresses and a full length wall-to-wall fitted wardrobe, ensuring plenty of space for all of your clothes.

There are ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms to cool you down on those warm nights.

Included in the price is a linen change once a week, with the option for a linen change once a day also available - just ask when you contact us. Should you require it in the colder parts of the year, we also provide a mobile heater and dehumidifier.

A cot is included at the villa and a highchair can be provided on request.

Bathrooms

The 3 fully tiled en suite bathrooms include a full size bath plus over shower and has a continuous hot water supply. There is a weekly linen and towel change included in the price. Prices also include bed linen, bath and hand towels and tea towels.

Lounge/Dining/Kitchen Area

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size cooker and hob. It includes a microwave, toaster and a fridge freezer. There is also a washing machine and tumble drier. Also provided are an ironing board, iron and a hairdryer.

The lounge is comfortable with a 3 seater settee and an easy chair. There is also a DVD/video player, mini hifi and CD system. The lounge patio doors fold out onto the balcony area, where you will find comfortable outdoor furniture. This also overlooks the swimming pool area.

The villa comes with a large private swimming pool, with it's own outdoor shower/changing room and kitchen facility. The pool area is very secluded, with an array of trees and natural foliage surrounding it. This ensures maximum privacy.

Bookings are usually from Friday to Friday as that is when the bulk of flights leave the UK for Menorca, but please check with us for availability on alternative starting days.

Please note that check in is from 2.00pm on arrival date. You must vacate the villa by 10.00am on the day of departure.

The Menorca region

Mahón and Ciutadella have bustling markets in the town centres, selling fish, meat, fruit and vegetables.

Ferreries has a special open-air-market on Saturday mornings. Open-air-markets selling clothes and crafts travel around all the towns and villages in the mornings; Monday to Saturday.

On the South coast - a 30 minute drive from Mahon airport. These three neighbouring resorts all overlook the beach of Son Bou - the longest beach on Menorca. It has almost 2 miles of golden sand and beautiful turquoise waters. The beach bars serve anything from a light snack to a three course meal. It is a holidaymakers paradise and its facilities include windsurfing, water skiing and aquaplaning.

The Son Bou / St Jaime area

There is something for everyone in Son Bou / St Jaime and the variety of bars, restaurants and clubs offer entertainment most nights.

The typical white washed villas provide for ideal scenic pictures and offer a great view from the beach.

Son Bou is still an unspoilt area, and the rolling countryside and beaches offer the ideal relaxation spot.

“Did not return deposit” Lovely villa, and enjoyed a great stay, but...... owner did not return our £100 deposit. Despite numerous e mail correspondence and threat of legal action, owner refused to return our deposit.... more
