If you want the WOW factor in your tapas holidays accommodation, look no further. 400 square meters of perfection, wrapped in manicured gardens and a marvellous pool side (10x5m), are (plot size 1750m2). This "prestige" villa caters immaculately for 12 guests with 3 suites with en-suite shower rooms with hydra massage (25m2 and 14m2), 2 suites with en-suite bathrooms and the Master suite with private lounge and bathroom with Jacuzzi (45m2.) This prestige designer villa is only 500 metres from the beach and has it all! If that's not enough we also provide free transfer to and from your villa from the airport of Mahon, plus a complimentary car hire is included in the price (manual only) and can either be a Ford Galaxy (7 seater) or Ford Transit (9 seater) the choice is yours!!

More information....this famous villa and execute a meticulous and expensive refurbishment. The main skeleton framework was where possible respected, and one of the architectural highlights was to save the magnificent Italian marble fireplace, which in its day cost a fortune to transport to Menorca .

Today, this palatial villa can provide every luxury to meet the exacting standards of twelve guests, with one VIP master suite and five personalised double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

The internal decorator used art work and quality décor to enhance the villas ambiance. On entering the vestibule of the villa, you are immediately greeted with a noble olive wood sculpture and elegant sliding doors leading into the main lounge. This airy room is furnished with satellite TV, DVD, leather sofas; soft lighting etc to offer style and comfort, yet the majestic curved stairway, the coloured walls and original paintings, the marble chimney breast defines its true elegance.

The dining room is exquisite, a family teak dining table with a hanging Italian designer table lamp, an original painting by Nuria Roman, and astonishingly complimentary red furnishings.

The Italian kitchen was fitted to please and perform, with a large American fridge with ice dispenser, a dishwasher, a fitted coffee maker, an integrated microwave, a 90cm oven and hob, and a horrendous amount of crockery, cutlery and table service wear to cater for every possible occasion.

The discreet exterior laundry area includes a washing machine and drying area.

The perfection of the interior is also reflected in the exterior. White mares tiles cover the expanse of the exterior, and browns and ivories have been utilized to decorate the lounge and BBQ dining area. Large remote control electrical sun canopies can be chosen to protect from the sun, a sun that accompanies the villa all day.

The 40sq.m designer salt pool has optic lighting with various colour options to match ones mood, there is also a decorative tap with pressure spa, an inbuilt Jacuzzi and a warm water external shower.

Incredibly this elite villa enjoys great privacy as it is built above the avenue level and has a flourishing coloured garden with flowers, shrubs, olive trees and lawns to the front. On the avenue level there is a double garage with remote control opening and an automatic-video control to access the property.

The Menorca region

Mahón and Ciutadella have bustling markets in the town centres, selling fish, meat, fruit and vegetables.
Ferreries has a special open-air-market on Saturday mornings. Open-air-markets selling clothes and crafts travel around all the towns and villages in the mornings; Monday to Saturday.


Son Bou / St Jaime area

On the South coast - a 30 minute drive from Mahon airport. These three neighbouring resorts all overlook the beach of Son Bou - the longest beach on Menorca. It has almost 2 miles of golden sand and beautiful turquoise waters. The beach bars serve anything from a light snack to a three course meal. It is a holidaymaker's paradise and its facilities include windsurfing, water ski-ing and agua-planing.

A small attractive array of small shops, bars, restaurants and a popular disco are close by. A little further along is the popular Club San Jaime with its pool and water slides and labyrinth-type maze. There is entertainment most evenings and a further small selection of shops.
Picturesque, white-washed villas nestle into the hillside almost along the whole length of the beach.
Menorca is the 2nd largest of the Balearics and has a charm all of its own. The coastline is totally unspoilt and it is perfect for a quiet holiday getaway in natural surroundings, with quaint fishing villages, whitewashed houses and pretty towns. Fish restaurants serve a fantastic array of dishes and the King of Spain (to whom invented the Tapas), King Juan Carlos regularly visits the Island for its cuisine.
Menorca’s Capital is Mahon, which has one of the World’s best ports. Among the good looking buildings you will find distinct English Architecture, such as the Georgian Merchant house’s – these were built when the Island was occupied by the British in the 18th Century. A lovely place to walk around, the Churches of Santa Maria and San Francisco are worth a visit. The harbour has lovely café and tapas bars to sit and enjoy the scenery, people and pretty yachts.
Son Bou, in one of the most unspoilt parts of the Island, is surrounded by rolling hills and countryside. You can enjoy beaches, restaurants and lively bars here. Cuitadella is the former capital. It is typically Spanish, with cobbled streets and is full of history. Mount Toro is the highest peak on the Island and the views from the top are unbelievable!
