Two bedroom apartment in the Son Bou area.
The distance from the beach is 500 yards to 1000 metres
A well-presented whitewashed privately owned apartment for rent, built in a classical Spanish style with romantic arched wrought iron gates and spacious manicured lawns serenaded by palm trees and foliage.
Each property has a lounge-dining come kitchen area; the kitchennette is furnished with a fridge, microwave, gas cooker and has sufficient crockery and cutlery to accommodate four. To the rear of the property are the sleeping quarters, there ia a double bedroom which leads onto a rear patio and one smaller bedroom with two smaller individual beds of 80cm that cater for two smaller guests or one adult. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and a hang over shower.
All three complexes have swimming pools with sunbathing terraces, and tapas bars-restaurants.
A pay launderette and a tennis court is also available.
Lying between zones 3 and 4 is the “Club San Jaime” bar and restaurant complex, the maze and the water chutes plus a supermarket and a private medical centre, diving school and bakery.

A deposit of 25% of the total booking (non-refundable) must be paid at the time of booking. The first named person on the booking (who must be at least 18 years of age) must sign our booking form. The balance must be paid 8 weeks before departure.

Changeover day is normally from Friday to Friday. Depending on availability we can be a little flexible on the changeover days i.e. Saturday or Monday.

The Menorca region
Son Bou, San Jaime and Torres on the South coast - a 30 minute drive from Mahon airport. These three neighbouring resorts all overlook the beach of Son Bou - the longest beach on Menorca. It has almost 2 miles of golden sand and beautiful turquoise waters. The beach bars serve anything from a light snack to a three course meal. It is a holidaymaker's paradise and its facilities include windsurfing, water ski-ing, horse riding, golf, fishing, walking, relaxing by the beach and great nightlife.
A small attractive array of small shops, bars, restaurants and a popular disco are close by. A little further along is the popular Club San Jaime with its pool and water slides and labyrinth-type maze. There is entertainment most evenings and a further small selection of shops. Picturesque, white-washed villas nestle into the hillside almost along the whole length of the beach.
The Island has not gone down the “golfing” road like its bigger sister in Mallorca, there is only one Club on the Island situated in Son Parc, this immaculately kept Club has 18 holes, practice runs, chip and put areas, buggy hire and club rental. There are regular competitions and they have a Professional too for classes.
Menorca is the 2nd largest of the Balearics and has a charm all of its own. The coastline is totally unspoilt and it is perfect for a quiet holiday getaway in natural surroundings, with quaint fishing villages, whitewashed houses and pretty towns. Fish restaurants serve a fantastic array of dishes and the King of Spain (to whom invented the Tapas), King Juan Carlos regularly visits the Island for its cuisine.
Menorca’s Capital is Mahon, which has one of the World’s best ports. Among the good looking buildings you will find distinct English Architecture, such as the Georgian Merchant house’s – these were built when the Island was occupied by the British in the 18th Century. A lovely place to walk around, the Churches of Santa Maria and San Francisco are worth a visit. The harbour has lovely café and tapas bars to sit and enjoy the scenery, people and pretty yachts.
Son Bou, in one of the most unspoilt parts of the Island, is surrounded by rolling hills and countryside. You can enjoy beaches, restaurants and lively bars here. Cuitadella is the former capital. It is typically Spanish, with cobbled streets and is full of history. Mount Toro is the highest peak on the Island and the views from the top are unbelievable!

Markets
Mahón and Ciutadella have bustling markets in the town centres, selling fish, meat, fruit and vegetables.
Ferreries has a special open-air-market on Saturday mornings. Open-air-markets selling clothes and crafts travel around all the towns and villages in the mornings; Monday to Saturday.
