Minimum rental of 1 week, very upmarket secure estate with amazing views towards table mountain and cape town and mountains and vineyards. Tennis Court. Friendly dogs on property - two Great Danes

Changeover days flexible. Owners able to collect and drop off at airport for 450 rand each way.Owners able to book car hire and take stress out of your holiday by booking golf, restaurants where requested.

Somerset West is situated at the foot of the Helderberg (Clear Mountain), nestled between the mountains and the spectacular False Bay coastline. Bel Aire Estate is one of the most upmarket security estates in Somerset West and is on the edge of vineyards with great access to all major routes of tourism. Near Vergelegen where you can experience cellar tours, fabulous dining and Summer picnics and open-air concerts. Nature reserves and hiking trails nearby. We are at the gateway to the very popular Wine Routes of Stellenbosch and Paarl, and 10 mins from the beautiful beach at the Strand. Only 20 minutes drive to Cape Town waterfront and table mountain.

Somerset West enjoys a Mediterranean type climate with hot dry Summers, moderated by the cool sea breeze, and mild Winters, where the temperatures are often in the low twenties. Most of the rainfall occurs from June to September, but there are often long stretches of perfect sunny weather, ideal for hiking, touring and golf.
