The property has 3 good sized bedrooms, a spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area and two bathrooms. The private garden area has a patio with barbecue facilities and a salt water pool.

Furnished to a very high standard, the property offers you all the amenities of a home-away-from-home and the owners have paid much attention to detail to ensure your comfort.

The location is ideally suited to golf lovers with a variety of championship courses in the vacinity, or holiday makers keen on exploring the delights of the Western Cape, including the vast array of wine farms, the whale watching town of Hermanus, the V&A Waterfront or simply lazing on the beautiful beaches just minutes away.

November - February 40% of rental fee due to secure booking.
March - October 25% of rental fee due to secure booking.
Remainder of rental fee due 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy - 0 - 7 days - 100% of fees lost.
8 - 21 days - 100% of deposit lost.
22 - 35 days - 50% of deposit lost.

From the Primates at Monkeyland to the Penguins of Simonstown and everywhere in between there are a host of things for the whole family to do and see within easy travelling of Somerset West.

Minutes from the world famous Wine Routes, you can experience a plethora of different wines and cheeses to your hearts content (we suggest you use a tour guide and enjoy the ride). A day at Spier is a must for any visitor, the Cheetahs and Eagles are just fantastic followed by a picnic by the lake.

Heritage Park is a modern, safe, privately gated residential area where you will feel at home, on holiday.
