Wine In the heart of the Western Cape Wine Route, Gordon's Bay boasts some very fine wine touring opportunities including: the prestigious Vergelegen and Lourensford wine estates. Only 15 scenic minutes of driving takes you onto the famous Stellenbosch Wine Route where you can taste fine wines in spectacular surroundings.
Gordon's Bay is host to the aptly named Bikini Beach, a small beach just off the main road, and well protected from the infamous Cape wind. Kogel Bay or Cool Bay is just round the corner and offer a long stretch of white sandy beach, as well as some caves and rugged rock formations. Some of the best waves in the Cape for the surfing fanatics.
Water Sports There is a range of easily accessible water sport facilities that can be accessed directly from the hotels and moorings. These includes jet skiing, rubber ducks, water skiing, to mention only a few...
Boats and Fishing There's just nothing like sundowners on the open seas on a catamaran
or motor yacht. If you're looking for the catch of the day, you can go deep sea fishing, or for the more adventurous, there are many scuba diving opportunities in these shark-infested waters. Visit one of the many docks to investigate the possibilities.
Horse Riding Mount up, sit back and enjoy the breathtaking scenery! There are many nearby stables on Sir Lowry Road where horse riding expeditions can be organized.
Whales Watching The period between July and October is famous for Whale watching. Theses gentle giants drift into the bays surrounding the False Bay coast to calve,
and can often be spotted playing near the shore of the bays. The best place to see them is on Clarence Drive (R44), the coastal road that takes you from Gordon's Bay through Betty's Bay to Hermanus
Nature There are many nature reserves in the area. The most noteworthy being the Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve, the first proclaimed international biosphere in South Africa, only a half hour drive away, is in the heart of the Fynbos Kingdom with its 1600 fynbos species of which 150 are endemic!
20 minutes drive to Betty's Bay offers the Harold Porter Botanical Gardens which shows off the best of the fynbos kingdom, enjoyed on a relaxing stroll through the gardens or a hiking trail up the deep, forested valleys.
Cycling There are road cycling and mountain biking routes in every direction from Gordon's Bay. Sir Lowry's pass offers a challenge for the avid cyclist, though not for the faint hearted. The Kogelberg Reserve is a great place to do some mountain biking.

The main bedroom has a double bed and is en-suite with a toilet, shower and basin.
The other room has 2 single beds. The 2nd bathroom has a bath, toilet and basin.
