Our house is located in Somerset West in the heart of the Winelands area. The area abounds with vineyards, golf courses and the house is 5min from the Strand beach.
Bel’aire Estate, is one of the finest secure estates in Somerset West and boasts 24 hour security.
The house comprise five double bedrooms with three en-suite bathrooms, a further house bathroom plus a cloakroom.
The house is furnished to the highest standards and is in immaculate condition. There is a large swimming pool set in a private walled garden.
The house has excellent views of False Bay stretching from Gordon's Bay to Table mountain. In addition there is a double garage and outdoor built-in BBQ area.

Our house is furnished to the highest standards and is in perfect condition.
The kitchen is large and has the highest quality fittings and equipment. All work-surfaces are black granite. Downstairs the house comprises drawing room, dining room with table to seat 12, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Upstairs there is a further large drawing room and two master suites with dressing areas and en-suite bathrooms.
There are two stoops, the lower with wicker seating for 10 and a teak dining table seating 12. In addition there is a barbecue and dining area.

The house is set in an immaculate walled garden. There is a large swimming pool. The outside stoop has a teak table and seats twelve in addition to wicker seating area for ten. There is a built in outdoor BBQ.
There is a further stoop at first floor level. The house has views of the sea with distant views of Table mountain.

The house is provided with a housekeeper four/five days a week and extra days can be provided. We also have a house manager who will assist you and arrange drivers if required.
The Western Cape region
Somerset West, Gordon's Bay and Strand make up the Helderberg Basin. There is a combination of action packed Mountains, warm Blue Ocean and white sandy beaches, making it one of the most sought after holiday destinations in the world. Somerset West is 40 minutes drive from the centre of Cape Town, 20 minutes from the Cape Town International Airport and 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Stellenbosch.
Somerset West enjoys a Mediterranean type climate with hot dry Summers, and mild Winters making it a perfect winter sun destination. The best time of year to visit is from October to May.
There is the magnificent Table Mountain, a golfer's paradise, a Mecca for surfers, delicious for food and wine connoisseurs and for active sports enthusiasts there is shark diving, paragliding and a host of other activities.
The Somerset West / Bel'Aire Winelands Estate area
Bel'Aire Winelands Estate has 24 hour security. The estate is comprised of around 200 luxury houses mostly recently built.
The house is ideally located in the heart of the winelands with easy access to a multitude of vineyards and fabulous restaurants.
The Helderberg Nature Reserve is just a few minutes away. It boasts well-kept hiking trails with magnificent views. The reserve is well known for its Cape Fynbos, extensive bird life and breathtaking views of False Bay. A hike to the top of the Helderberg takes approximately 3h.

We came here for a month with the rest of the family including two children of 6 and 4. They spent most of their time in the pool and learned to swim. We visited some lovely wineries within easy reach, plus lovely beaches, super restaurants and large malls, outdoor concert venues etc. The maid Hellen is very sweet and most discreet. Second visit, we enjoyed it just as much as the first. |

It is difficult to fault this fabulous villa. Superbly well laid out the house lends itself to a chilled out and relaxed holiday base. Big kitchen and open plan dining and living areas, lead on to a large veranda overlooking the excellent and sunny pool area. Bathrooms and kitchen are newly and sumptuously fitted out; bedrooms are very generously sized and the entire property is coated in fresh paint. The Bel'Aire villa is a genuinely first class holiday property to satisfy the most demanding guest (thats me). The house sits on a good sized plot within a secure gated community with 24 hour security on site. Choose this house for total relaxation, sit back and enjoy! |

this is a lovely house in a secure estate. There are 2large bedrooms en suite with panoramic views upstairs and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms down stairs. There are 2 living areas plus large dining room all beautifully furnished with lovely art work. We stayed here 3 years ago and fell in love with the house and area. We came back in 2011 with friends this time. Lots of out door space 2 eat with stunning views and a lovely private pool. Less than a hour from cape town and right on the wine route. Lots of very good restaurants nearby. We have no hesitation in recommending the property and will be hoping to go back again. |
