"What a Beautiful Place!!!!"
We have been to various cottages in all over the UK. This is the most complete cottage so far. It is cosy, solid, beautiful, luxury what not.
Bigger pans and permanant BBQ unit would be added to its value....

"Lovely Place to Chillax with family or friends"
We stayed as a family group as we all live in different parts of the country and don't often get together nowadays. We wanted somewhere with plenty of space and bathrooms and Brookbank Farm certainly delivered. For a very reasonable rent for the quality of the building and modern conveniences and space, we enjoyed a long weekend that we will remember for a long time. The hot tub really made it special. The owners were very hospitable and provided a basic food basket when we arrived and wanted to make sure everything was right for us all. The kitchen is very well stocked and we even got used to cooking with the Aga which was a new experience for us! We are very happy to recommend it to others.
