This is a newly built located in an exclusive area: in a peaceful location but close to shops and restaurants. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped with the latest modern conveniences.

It has a total area of 120m2. The apartment has a lovely living room (with French doors) which opens onto a big, furnished terrace, overlooking the bay. Large terrace complete with table, chairs and sun loungers.
There's a double bedroom and a double sofa bed.

The apartment is light and airy but also well equipped for winter, autumn and spring having central heating.
There's air-conditioning in all rooms. Amenities are only a very short drive or 15 minutes walk away.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Sóller is an lovely town on Mallorca's north-west Coast.

Nearby there are beautiful mountain villages of Fornalutx and Biniaraitx, whilst a little further around the coast is Deia, an area of musicians and artists who have for many years found inspiration here.

The Soller / Port of Soller area

Sóller and the port are about half an hours drive from Palma Airport, and have good connections with railway, tram and bus services. The valley and its surrounding mountain range, the 'Serra de Tramuntana', is a favourite destination for people from all over the world, especially those who enjoy walking, nature, eco-tourism, swimming or simply a peaceful rest away from the hustle and bustle of the better-known tourist traps.

Puerto Soller, with its perfect semi-circular bay, is one of the only harbours on the North coast of Mallorca. The old fishing port where you can still buy fish fresh from the boats in the morning is backed by seafood restaurants and bars.

The main square in Soller is a regular meeting place for coffee, croissant and people watching. Daily market with local produce. Cycle hire available. Specialist shops for walkers. Several fiesta's, check local press. Banks, pharmacies & supermarkets available in both villages.

Restaurants and shops stay open all year.
