The apartment enjoys full sun all day, overlooks the bay of Port de Sóller and the mountains and is situated on a hill above the port in a peaceful location but close to shops and restaurants, amenities are only a very short drive (3-4 minutes) or 15 minutes walk away.
The shared swimming pool is large and surrounded by a sun bathing area with loungers and chairs. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped with the latest modern conveniences. It has a total area of 110m2. The apartment has a lovely living room (with French doors) which opens onto a big, furnished private terrace, overlooking the bay. Large terrace complete with table, chairs and sun loungers and a barbecue. The apartment is light and airy but also well equipped for winter, autumn and spring having central heating. There's air-conditioning in all rooms. Port of Soller is the perfect destination for a beach holiday and trekking holidays. A fantastic location for winter sun.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
This part of Mallorca is known for its Honey coloured houses, jagged mountains and turquoise sea. Well away from the main tourist areas, ideal for a quiet, peaceful and relaxing holiday.
Around the bay are a good number of small restaurants and shops. Nearby are attractive mountain villages of Fornalutx and Biniaraitx, whilst a little further along the coast is Deia, an area of musicians, painters, poets and artists who found inspiration here.
Soller / Port of Soller area
Port Soller, a beautiful, almost circular, protected bay with safe beaches. You can take a boat along the rugged northern coast to sheltered little bays inaccessible by road.
The main town Soller is famous for the orange and olive groves that abound in the area. It has a main square where the locals gather for their morning coffee and croissants and to watch the world go by. There is a morning market where local produce is sold and a famous old train which still rattles its way to Palma and back several times a day.

An advantage of Soller's location is its proximity to Palma wich can be reached comfortably within minutes.
