Soller has got the 2 things people like in 1. It has got spectacular mountains and a nice sandy beach. You can go for a walk among the mountains in the morning and relax laying on the beach in the afternoon.
Soller / Port of Soller area
Summer period is of course the best time to visit but we have a great Fiesta every 1st Monday of May which is worth seeing. It is called "Moros y Christianos" and all local people are dressed up in the typical ancient way and perform a batle that took place in Port de Soller and Soller between the Moors and the Christians.

From Palma airport you can either get a taxi, get the bus (tunnel express or normal) , take the train and tram or rent a car.
