The villa features a large private pool and deck with wooden chairs, a barbecue, and a connecting bathroom with a shower. There are multiple outside terraces with tables and chairs for family gatherings and relaxation. You can take a wonderful walk through an olive grove to get to the villa's tennis court which has its own full bathroom.

ead oven, an olive press, and many tranquil walking paths.

The Port of Soller is a couple minutes walk from the villa, and there is a great golf course near by as well. The airport is only 40 minutes away by car. The villa is only several kilometres away from the heart of town, where you can visit countless charming shops, restaurants, and taverns.

This large villa has 5 double bedrooms, one separate suite, one double apartment, and one suite apartment. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, as well as each apartment. Both the kitchen and the catering kitchen are fully equipped. The barbecue kitchen has all the necessities, including a refrigerator and freezer. The villa is equipped with a washer, drier, and iron. There are several televisions throughout the villa, including a movie theatre with a DVD li
ary and sound system.
