Home description

It is a country house with a lemon and orange orchard and a 100m2 garden at the back of the house from where you can enjoy wonderful mountain views and relax at the shadow that gives the leafy carob tree. The country house has a “reservoir” where it’s stored fresh mountain water that is used to water the orchard. You can swim safely because the water is renewed weekly and has not chemical products added. Inside, the house preserves it’s mallorquin stile; at the great entrance there’s a wood stove for winter time heating a cosy sitting room. Next door you can find the dining room with a fire place leading to the fully equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and the other one with twins beds and a supply one. The house has two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Mallorca is the biggest island of the Baleares and Palma it's main city. Other important towns are Manacor, Inca, Llucmajor, Alcudia, Artá and Sóller.
The clime is Mediterranean


Soller area

Situated some 3 Km. inland, from its port, 'Port de Sóller', the town lies in a large, fertile, bowl-shaped valley. Sóller shares its valley with the village of Fornalutx and the hamlet of Biniaraix, the combined population is around 12,000, and the valley is famous for its orange groves and terraces of ancient olive trees. The village of Deià is just down the coast.Sóller valley is surrounded by the Tramontana Sierra and is an idyllic spot to path tracking lovers. Can Tirany is 15 m walk to Biniaraix or Fornalutx, two small villages, that lead either to the mountain peaks or to the sea side trough wonderful country side paths.


How to get there

Sóller and its Port are about half an hour drive from Palma Airport, and have very good connections with railway, tram and bus services. Situated on the west cost, 25 Km of Palma town, 10 Km from Deià, 3 Km from Fornalutx and 3 Km from Port of Sóller.

Palma de Mallorca airport has regular flight conections.

Cleaning and linen change at the end of your holiday are included in the price , however, if you book for two weeks, a mid term towel and linen change is included but not an apartment clean.
Beach towels are not provided , please bring your own.
Please do not use the house towels for either the beach or the reservoir.

A deposit of 40% is required on booking and the balance payable at the arrival.

The check out is at 10:00 am
