Ground floor apartment, easy access from street (one small step) and lift from basement car park. Rental includes one parking space in underground car park. More free parking available on the quiet road outside apartment block. Small supermarket a few minutes walk from the apartment.
English and French speaking representative in resort who arranges key access, cleaning and laundry changeover.
Prices are quoted per week. We require a 25% deposit to secure the booking with final amount due 60 days before the rental date. We take credit/debit cards through PayPal. Changeover day is normally Saturday in ski season. Exception is Christmas/New Year Period when changeover day may change. Minimum stay is 7 days during ski season, however during the summer months rental days are more flexible.
€200 deposit is held by our representative on collection of the keys. This is returned on departure once the apartment has been checked and keys returned. Checkout time is normally 10.00am
The Canillo region
Canillo is one of Andorra’s high parishes and is a modern quality mountain tourism destination set in peaceful surroundings.
The Valls de Canillo are a conservation area with some great beauty spots inviting visitors to enjoy the best active experiences in close contact with nature. Soldeu, El Tarter and Canillo, are access points for Grandvalira, the largest skiable area in the Pyrenees with the best selection of snow sports in the country.
The Soldeu / Soldeu Village area
Soldeu village is a medium sized lively resort popular with the British, French and Spanish.
The resort is built along the main road that runs from Andorra La Vella (the capital of Andorra) through to France.
Many of the workers in the resort are young and speak good English, which helps to create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere around the resort.

Approx 3 hours driving from Barcelona & Toulouse Airports. There is also a coach service available if you do not want to hire a car. Approx 2.5 hrs drive from Perpignan & Carcasonne Airports.
Distance from Toulouse/Barcelona 150 km. Many of the budget airlines fly to these airports.
Please note that you will need chains if the snow conditions are bad unless you have a four wheel drive vehicle.
