3 bed apartment near to gondola in Soldeu village. 50metres from gondola

Ideal for groups and families.

Soldeu has one of the largest and best ski schools in europe.

2 min walk to gondola, close to all amenties, bars restaurants etc.

In the summers grandvalira changes into a downhill mountain biking range thats expanding every year. There is also a new 9 hole golf course at the top of the gondola.

Top of the range self-catering ski apartments available central village soldeu. 3 bedrooms (twinbeds), 2 bathrooms with all mod cons. Approx size 100m2.

Ski Lockers provided.

No smoking allowed inside apartment.

The middle apartment has triple bunks and a single bed so can house an extra person.

Parking is available on the street however is not allocated so first come first served basis. Soldeu has 2 further car parks one external and one internal.

Towels are not included in the apartments but can be rented at an extra cost.
We can also arrange discounted ski passes and ski hire.

- Booking deposit of 30% and final payment 8 weeks prior to arrival
- Weekly bookings sun to sun only.
- 200 euro breakage deposit taken on arrival and returned on presentation of clean, undamaged apartment.

The Canillo region

Canillo is a 10 minute journey away from Soldeu and has a large sports centre with 25 metre pool, ice rink, gym and kids play area.

The Soldeu / Soldeu Village area

Excellant all round family resort. Soldeu village is the highest station in the Grand Valira ski complex. It is medium sized lively and unpretentious resort popular with British, French and Spanish.
Soldeu has numerous bars and restaurants including Fat Alberts with live bands and djs, Fats Alberts Restaurant is a gourmet pizza and grill bar. Should you require relaxation and pampering there is a 5 star spa wellness centre in Soldeu covering 3 floors! Various shops selling ski equipment and also slideways a fantastic boarders shop with all the latest brands included.
Andorra la Vella has tax free shopping should you have some money burning a hole in your pocket!
Activities in the winter include skidoos, dog sleding, helicopter rides, para gliding or just chilling out with a beer!
The summers include downhill mountain biking, golf, hiking, fishing, climbing and much more.

Toulouse, Barcelona, Girona airports are within 2 to 3 hours away. If organising your own transport then checkout www.andorrabybus.com for coach arrivals into Soldeu from either of these airports.
Air Travel via Ryanair, Easyjet, Monarch, BA, BMI as a selected few.
If you are travelling by car please make sure that you have or ask the hire company for snow chains on non 4x4 vehicles as Andorra is strict on this and can stop you travelling further in certain snow conditions without these.

“Perfect apartment, perfect location” Stayed at Casa Nova with another family, 12 of us in all from teenagers to adults. We rented 2 of the three apartments. Apartments were clean, spacious and very well equipped. The location was perfect as we were skiing and the Telecabine was only 2mins walk away. They had lockers at the apartments to store our ski and snowboarding equipment. Kate and Paddy who look after the apartments were extremely helpful and any little problems we had were fixed immediately. The apartments are next door to Fat Alberts where we ate one night and the food and ambiance was excellent. If we were to visit Soldeu again we would definitely stay at Casa Nova.
