A good sized lounge with Tv to DVD, separate fully functional kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms means you will have a relaxing ski holiday. Free parking is available on the street opposite the block on a 1st come 1st served basis, or there is additional free parking in the very centre of the resort.

There are a variety of small local supermarkets and cloths shops selling food and other things, like hats and gloves. There is a garage nearby too. Soldeu is viewed by many as the most perfect Andorian resort to stay in given its altitude, shopping & easy access to the slopes.

The Canillo region


Soldeu Village is a medium sized lively resort popular with the British, French and Spanish. The resort is built along the main road that runs from Andorra La Vella (the capital of Andorra) through to France. The resort has a mixture of large and small hotels, ski-shops, bars and restaurants. In recent years Soldeu has benefited from significant investment such as luxerious hotels and spa's and an expanding ski domain. Soldeu is viewed by many as the most perfect Andorian resort to stay in given its village feel, altitude, shopping and bar facilities and easy access to the slopes.

In summer the village resort and surrounding area are transformed into a nature and activity paradise with pastimes such as trekking horseriding quad biking parascending mountain biking and climbing being among the varied options available Soldeu is at the foot of the slopes and enjoys skiintothevillage snow throughout the season due to its high altitude A gondola and high speed sixman chair connect the village directly to the beautiful panoramic Pla dEspiolets the mountaintop plateu from which the whole domain is accessible
Traditional mountain charm
The village itself has lost none of its traditional qualities with the majority of businesses and property still being owned and run by the families who have lived in Soldeu for generations Although expansion has been a blessing a careful eye by these families and sensible community planning has ensured that a high level of quality and attention to detail has been consistant as this once tiny village has matured The majority of buildings in the area either new or old are built in a quaint mountain style with wood stone and slate ever present Some of the finer restaurants and bars in the village are tastefully converted barns hundreds of years old offering up traditional Andorran fair. Its a five minute walk to the centre of the resort, no need for buses etc.
