Overlooking the secluded beach of Portals Vells in Mallorca, this impressive villa is a great combination of space, style and fabulous views in an unforgettable beach-side setting. The small bay is peaceful and private, popular mainly with yachts that moor off the shore to take advantage of the calm waters and excellent snorkeling in the area. Guests can almost walk out of the villa directly onto the beach ? it is a perfect option for those looking for a relaxed beach holiday. The area surrounding the beach is thick with pine trees and is great for walking, and the ruins of the 16th century Moro tower are located nearby. The nearby beach of Platgeta de Portals Vells boasts unspolit white sand, crystal clear waters and cliffs on one side. There are a couple of good restaurants nearby, and all essential amenities can be easily found. The villa itself offers the ultimate in comfort and style. The outdoor area is spacious and modern, with a large swimming pool, patio with sun loungers, various chill-out areas and a secluded dining area, perfect for enjoying an al-fresco meal or after dinner drink. The focal point of the house is the expansive living room, which has various sitting areas, great views and access to the patio. The separate dining room seats up to ten people and offers wonderful views out to the pool area and ocean beyond. Exposed wooden beams and traditional ?keyhole? windows blend with the more modern furnishings, ultimately creating a fusion of classic and contemporary. The kitchen is modern and extremely spacious, and comes fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay, including two separate ovens. The various bedrooms are spread throughout the different levels of the house, with the impressive master bedroom located on the ground level with its own living area, double en-suite bathroom and plenty of storage space. A number of bedrooms are situated below this, while the separate 2 bedroom guesthouse with en-suites and living room is found on the top floor. Finally a separate servants quarters with two bedrooms, bathrooms, and a small kitchen is ideal for staff or additional guests. The house comes with a lift and garage space for two cars. Spacious, luxurious and with an unbeatable location right on the beach, this is a great place to spend a long, relaxed summer.

Lift or stairs take you down to ground level to a patio with the main entrance to the main house. Entrance leads to a hall with the living area on its left. The living area has several seating areas including a 3-seater sofa and three easy chairs with a wooden coffee table in the center and shelving for flat screen TV+DVD. The private swimming pool and terrace are accessed from the living room. Separate library furnished with a 3-seater sofa, 2 easy chairs and desk with sea views. The dining area is separate and accessed from the living room, furnished with a table and chairs to seat 10 people. From the living area and the kitchen you access a private interior patio equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining and separate chill out area. The lift is also accessed through this patio. Fully equipped functional kitchen is accessed from the dining room with electric doors or through a back door from the patio. The master bedroom is at this level and is situated on the right hand side of the hall. Entrance is through a suite equipped with a seating area with views of the sea and private terrace. The bedroom contains a king sized bed (1.80m x 2.00m) fitted wardrobes and large double bathroom with two showers, two WC and one bathtub. The bathroom has an exit to the back garden and patio. One level down: 5 bedrooms, 2 double rooms (1.60m x 2.00m). 3rd and 4th rooms are combined and ideal for children or group of teenagers. These bedrooms share one bathroom. Room 5 has a trundle bed and open shower. Ideal for nanny or teenagers. From this level there is a terrace with stairs leading up to the pool area. The guest house with living area and two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms is one level up, beneath the garage level. Garage has room for 2 cars. There is a separate servant quarter with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and small kitchen ideal for staff.
