The bedrooms have either double or twin beds, two of the bed rooms have additional sofa beds and there is also a double sofa bed in the living area. The kitchen is fully fitted with dish washer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster and all cooking and serving equipment. There is 24 hour Internet access, flat screen TV and CD stereo systems. The gardens and outside areas have swing seats, sun beds, bean bags, sofas, chairs and tables as well as large floor mats and cushions.
The Hideaway Villa is tucked away on the hillside of the spectacular Bozburun Peninsula, this property offers the most sensual of sunsets to be found anywhere on the Mediterranean coast. A future favorite for romantics and lovers of traditional Turkey – just a short drive to a pretty and unpretentious fishing village, where the freshest of fish can be sampled as well as many other traditional Turkish delights. The secret delights of the Bozburun and Datça Peninsulas also await exploration.

Between the two detached villas there is a separate bar and barbeque area with seating for up to 20 people, amazing sea views, large barbeque, bar, fridge, sink, stereo and all the glasses and equipment you need for self catering party nights. Fully catered barbeque with qualified chef also available on request.

ACCOMMODATION ONLY
Price is per week for villa rental, not per person. Our accommodation is booked as ‘self catering’, however we offer catering on request. Restrictions to the menu may apply at certain times of the year, see information pack for further details.
CLEANING
Our self catering accommodation has washing machine and cleaning equipment provided, alternatively £100 per week charge for cleaning and laundry services is payable on arrival.
A £300 refundable deposit is required for damages.

PLACING AN OPTION
In order to allow you to co-ordinate your holiday arrangements with friends and family, in many cases we are able to hold an option for up to 24 hours before confirming your booking.
CECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Your check in and out times will be agreed at the time of your booking.
PAYING FOR YOUR HOLIDAY
In order to confirm your booking a deposit of 25% of the total accommodation cost is required. This payment is non-refundable. The balance payment for your holiday should be paid in 25% installments, final 25% payment can be made before or on arrival.
FINAL DOCUMENTATION
Your travel documents and itinerary will be sent to you at least 2 weeks prior to your departure where applicable.
FLIGHT DELAYS
In the event of a flight delay we will ensure that you will be collected and your transfer will be waiting for you.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is compulsory that all our guests have comprehensive travel insurance.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Large areas of the Turkish countryside are very unspoilt, this includes Sogut and the surrounding villages. The mass off Pine forested mountains which you will see along the road to Sogut, cover much of the Aegean and Mediterranean regions, with olive groves, citrus orchards and fields of vegetables, tobacco and cotton where the land is flatter.
The country’s best sandy beaches are dotted along the Mediterranean and Aegean coasts, roughly from Alanya to Ayvalik, however many of the unspolit beaches can be found along the Sogut, Saranda, Bozburun and Selmiye areas. The coastline between Marmaris and Ayvalik has a series of deep bays and peninsulars. The area is extremely beautiful and well-suited for sailing. The Aegean coast has some good stretches of beach and is suitable for fishing, swimming, snorkeling and sailing.

The hillside village of Sogut setting is just stunning, avast circular expanse of silky-smooth sea is enclosed by a wooded landmass that curls around it like an arm. Beyond this lagoon – and easily reachable by hired boat – are 16 small islands, all are uninhabited, utterly peaceful and heavy with the scent of oregano (please ask about private boat hire for visits).
Sogut is a naturally beautiful landscape that is deep in history. If you turn right at the end of the road there are miles of undeveloped and unspoiled countryside that is also of great scientific and archaeological interest. Visitors may walk or ride through this area. You will find a gate at the entrance where wild donkeys and horses roam the landscape of ancient ruins from Turkeys rich and fascinating history.

Sogut is approximately two hours from airport. We can arrange transfers or car hire to be waiting for you at Dalaman if you require.
Thomas Cook, Jet2, Monach, Easy Jet, Turkish Air Lines all have direct flights to Dalaman from Heathrow, Gatwick, Manchester and other UK airports fly regularly during holiday season, ( end of March – end of October). Outside these dates you can fly via Istanbul which is ideal if you want to combine your trip with a vist to this wonderful city.
