Totally refurbished by owners Ferndale is an ideal base for exploring many famous Norfolk attractions such as Sandringham,Hunstanton,Holkham hall, Nelsons bithplace and Castle Rising plus the Historical town of King's Lynn is a 15 minute drive away. We are 5 minute drive from Snettisham Beach and RSPB Nature reserve and a 5 minute walk from our village which has 3 Pubs (Inc Award winning Rose & Crown) plus a Bistro and the village essential shops.

The East Anglia / Norfolk region

Snettisham is an historical and voted friendliest village in Norfolk. Ideal base for many places of interest coastal and inland such as Hunstanton, Sandringham, Wells, Cromer and numerous RSPB and nature reserves.

Wells, Cromer, Norwich and Ely plus Thetford Forest are all under an hours drive away or just relax in our local area with plenty of scenic walks.


Snettisham area

Snettisham is an attractive Norfolk village and caters for everyone young and old from walking,cycling,bird watching,fishing (sea & coarse).Hunstanton is a main coastal resort and has many facilities such as Sea Life Centre, Golf course, 10 Pin bowling, excellent beaches all only a 5 minute drive away. Sandringham House
where the Queen and family stay is open to the public and the large grounds and woods with numerous walks, this being only 4 miles away.

This part of the coast is famous for its sunsets which set over the sea and is quite spectacular.Snettisham Park Farm is open to the public and walking distance from us having many animals, farm trails and large children's play area.
